I only come for pick up. The food is always good and fresh. I don’t like the crowded and small building so I wouldn’t want to eat inside. However the last couple of times I’ve ordered in the app, I got double waffle orders and they have only put in one waffle. So I lost a good annoying of money. I won’t be ordering double anymore, just single because they never seem to get it right. Other than that, customer service is decent.

We had the best food and the best waitress. We were from out of town there to meet friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. The food was great and our service was exceptional. We stayed a little longer than for a typical meal, but our waitress never made us feel rushed.

This is our local WH and we come here a lot! We have never had any issues and love it but tonight our experience was above and beyond! Nichole was our waitress and she was hands down the very best we have ever dealt with. She was incredibly nice, super friendly, and was engaging with our 5 year old daughter. She made her a Minnie Mouse waffle that our daughter absolutely loved! Best WH experience we have ever had anywhere! Thank you so much Nichole ❤️
