Absolutely love the new Lakepoint Waffle House! The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super friendly, fast, and make you feel right at home the second you walk in. You can tell they really care about their customers. The food came out hot, fresh, and cooked just right classic Waffle House comfort! Definitely my new go-to stop for breakfast (or a late-night bite!).

We had such a great experience at Waffle House! Jamie was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a new Waffle House. It’s extremely well kept. The cleanliness exceeds any expectations. Outside of the fact Waffle House can’t scramble eggs very well the food is exceptionally good.

Was actually blown away by the customer service at this location today. No one seemed like they were in a bad mood for having to work on Christmas, they all seemed like they were in good spirits and everyone in the whole restaurant was greeting people as they came in. Never seen anything like it at a Waffle House. Great job!

First time at this location. Food was AMAZING!! New restaurant, so I thought they had people from corporate office there. Nope! This is the new crew. Atmosphere was awesome. Gigi the manager was super sweet. Dink, our waitress, was awesome! Great service!

It all depends on the cook you have at the Waffle House. The food here was OK and the service as well. I mean, nothing out of this world and no one is going out of their way to smile or say hello. You order your food, you eat, you pay and you go.
