This has been my regular waffle house for years because of Ms. Heidi. She was always so kind, made sure your food was not only made right but made with love, and she went out of her way to make everybody feel welcome. She truly was the heart of the restaurant and since she was unjustly fired, you can tell just by walking in the atmosphere has changed. The waitstaff is rude, and they are more likely to mess up your food or just leave something out. I will not be coming back here since finding out Ms. Heidi is no longer here.

This waffle house has the best servers out there. They have been here for years and always treat you well and remember you when you haven’t been by in a while. They were very accommodating for our group with two little kids. Food is always done just right.

It’d bump it up one more star if they didn’t try to “extract” more money from their customers by forcing a 20% tip on to go orders… And then ask for another tip on top of it.
I get jt, covering costs of to go materials. And it’s right there on the menu, but no employee ever mentions why it’s more expensive for to go orders than dining in.
Also, for cleanliness and moving customers along. Is why ya’ll keep it so cold in there?

This is one of the best waffle house I have been to! The customer service is just wow! My waitress,( she wears glasses and usually works the morning shift) but her customer service is phenomenal!! The food, the atmosphere, the hostess and just everything was awesome
