We have eaten at this location many times but today was the best service and food we’ve ever received from any Waffle House. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted and not just greeted but the staff were genuinely happy to see us and have us in. Our waitress Ava was so sweet and very diligent in making sure our drinks were filled and whatever else we needed was taken care of. I wish I would’ve gotten the man on the grills name so I could rave about him by name. He made both of my daughter’s waffles into butterflies for them! I hope we get to have this crew again soon!

We decided to book a reservation at waffle house on Valentine’s Day because it would be fun and silly. When we got there it was decked out. They actually topped it off with sparkling lights, sheer cloth all around that separated the booths. The lights were dimmed romantic music was playing the entire time. The table had white tablecloth, hearts and rose petals & heart napkins. We got a free sparkling drink with some free candy, chocolates. The waffles were shaped as hearts when we got them. The servers were dressed up. It was fun atmosphere. We had a good time. Our favorite thing was the kissing booth 🙂

Its a normal experience at waffle house and I cant really say much because everyone already knows what a waffle house experience is. The only downfall is that the night time cook that was there overcooked my hashbrowns and my hashbrown bowl looked nothing like the picture the hashbrowns looked very scarce. Aside from that the customer service was great.

Always fast and friendly. Wish menu was a little more low carb friendly and sugar free jelly was offered. A Senior discount for regulars would be welcome. That being said, I’m a regular and typically leave satisfied.

Today I went to the waffle house in Bankhead highway and I was very upset about the service they provided today. I brought my cup of coffee that I was being in and today one of the waitress was very rude and saying she couldn’t fill my personal cup and if I even wanted to drink my coffee I had to fill it myself. I asked for the manager and she came in saying she was going to talk to me but she didn’t came to me. Everyone there working was very racist and talking about me and my wife behind my back. I always went there and we never had this problem but today they wanted to act out. Me and my wife left feeling very uncomfortable, not wanted, and discriminated. Would not recommend to no one and only left a star because I couldn’t leave zero! WILL NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!

My husband picked up food for us on his way home from work and my hashbrown bowl isn’t even edible! The hashbrowns are extremely over cooked and they barely put any eggs or cheese on it. I’m almost 38 weeks pregnant and was craving this so bad and now I’m so infuriated!! We will never go back to this Waffle House location again!

We went in to have lunch and was sat in Lisa’s section. She took forever to come take our order. She wasn’t friendly at all. When I told her my eggs did not have cheese and could she have them remade she just told me they had cheese on them and walked away. I again told her how unhappy I was when she came by the table and she ignored me. When we checked out I AGAIN told her how unhappy I was and that I felt like my eggs should have been remade. She asked what was she supposed to do about it? She said they’d still look the same. She argued with me for a solid five minutes about how there was nothing she could do and said I never asked her to remake the eggs. Everyone heard me ask her. The manager sat and watched and never said anything. Awful awful experience. Would NOT recommend this place unless you want to leave frustrated and still hungry.

My friends and I went to this Waffle House off of Bankhead Hwy. I had a chocolate chip waffle, eggs with cheese and bacon. I was almost done with my waffle, but I noticed that the shape of the waffle was different. Waffles are supposed to be a bit flat or fluffy, but for some reason the waffle was undercooked and didn’t realize it. My friends got their waffles to go and their waffles were fine. But my waffle apparently was undercooked. So, I stopped eating the rest of the waffle. Food, was 3/5. I would probably not come back to this location.
