Ok, this Waffle House location (#1311) is LEGIT! We stopped in on a Sunday morning and it was slammed. The greeter, yes greeter, Jason welcomed us and informed us of the wait time. He is awesome! Very personable and efficient! We were seated a short 10 mins later and were served by Macey (Certified Bronze Server) and she was awesome as well.
Food came fast and was perfect.

Definitely a favorite but more for the memories than the food I think. Depending on the visit the experience can vary a bit. Good service one day then not so much the next. Food is usually a bit more consistent. The one thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness. The food prep area cook tops are always a mess and sometimes just dirty. Feels like the company is just going through the motions knowing that their base customers aren’t going anywhere. But they need to draw in new people as well.

Haven’t been to this Waffle House before. Hanna served me and she was great.She got to me fast, made sure I got my food quickly, and checked up on me frequently. Order was correct and good. I was taken care of and they were very busy. Standing room only literally. I’ll be back again for sure .

Probably the Best One I’ve been to. Clean, Food is Very Good, People are Very Nice! I just wish they would Make Waffle House a Little Bigger and had regular Tables instead of Booths. I need a little more room as I am not a small Man. I don’t sit in booths anywhere I go. I prefer a Chair and a table. Anyhow This Place is Great. My Wife and I love to come here. The staff they have as of the date of this Review which was actually February 2025 are the Best. Hope it stays this way. The other Waffle houses around the Bremen, Carrollton Area are Good but I think this one is the Best!!
