This is by far my favorite Waffle House location. Baker Rd. Ms.”Virgo”/a few days after my red head mom’s birthday and the cook Mr. Tyrone the cook are The reason I love this location. Food is always cooked to perfection. Ms. Virgo always greets Everyone the second they walk in. Thanks guys!! Some random person posted on FB a while back cracking jokes about WH grits being nasty…I jumped in and told them not the WF by my house huni….grits are Always delicious. Thanks 3rd shift grit person. Keep up the great work.

We came to this location after leaving the one down the street when they brought us drinks in dirty glasses with bugs floating in it. Ms. Cassandra was our server and she was wonderful. We will choose this location over the other from now on. Food was great, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

We have been visiting this location for MANY YEARS NOW and this was the 1st time we had to walk out due to BAD SERVICE!
We took our business .4 miles away to the Hwy 92 Waffle House location. Much better experience! Our NEW breakfast location!
❌️ We were walking on old food. The tables were barely being wiped off. Food was being thrown to the floor instead of gathered up and trashed when wiping tables.
❌️ Clinton [Terrible Mgr & Cook]. Threw C LD pieces of cheese on C LD hash browns when order came out wrong [see pics]. Came to us with his arms folded. Made excuses. Poor Mgmt Skills. Dismissive when called on for simple ‘request to resolve.’ Openly and loudly reprimanded staff in an attempt to embarrass them when a simple mistake was made with our order.
✅️ Staff was pleasant and neatly dressed! Very nice to see! Haley was our waitress. And very patient during the whole ordeal.

Walked right in, seated, and served. Sabrina was a great hostess and food was tasteful. Also, the restroom was clean. This was definitely one of the best Waffle Houses that I’ve visited.

AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! It was a little disappointing to spend over $40 to have our food missing half the ingredients that we were charged extra for (not complaining about paying extra, but when it’s missing that kinda sucks)and the eggs were scrambled so hard they were almost inedible. Also no silverware or butter for the waffles/toast. Based on other reviews it seems like this place usually gives a better experience which is why I’ll give it 2 stars but I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location.
EDIT* After giving this place another chance I’m never going back. 5 star dining experience isn’t what I expect from a waffle house but to order hashbrowns with extra onions and cheese just to have an order of double HASHBROWNS almost spilling over the plate with nothing on them. They don’t accept phone calls anymore so after going back to fix the issue, instead of making me a new plate, they threw a piece of cheese on the pile and called it a day. So now I’ve once again wasted money on food here that I’m not going to eat because one that’s HIGHLY unsanitary and secondly the food is now ice cold. $15 in the garbage… I’ll be calling tomorrow to try to get a refund because that’s absolutely ridiculous.

Order the all star and the 2 eggs with hash browns and onions on both orders ask for the hash browns to be lightly cooked on both orders they was cooked to a crisp and the all star ask for sausage no in the order this was all to go and everything was just laid on top of each other. Throw everything away. I was now happy. Couldn’t eat it.
