This Waffle House is one of the nicer, cleaner locations I’ve been to.
Service was fast, the place felt well-kept, and the food was exactly what you want from Waffle House
—hot, consistent, and satisfying.
Location is a big plus too. It’s close to The District at Duluth, which makes it a convenient go-to for me and other Downtown Duluth folks.

Ordered Bacon well and it was burnt. When I asked for it to be remade the server and cook both started to go back and forth that it was good bacon and cooked well. I wanted to send it back a third time but did not feel it was worth the effort. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. We where the only ones here how they don’t know the difference between well and burnt is crazy. The waitress also could care less about our service. She was more Interested in her music from her ear pods in her ear and humming away I guess. If I could give it Zero star I would.

If you guys are open 24/7 why the weird stares, I got here around 2:15am and all I see is two employees giving me a weird stare. After I stare at them they close the blinds??? What type of business is this? Customer service is absolutely terrible, felt uncomfortable getting out of my car and getting stared at. Worst experience, service, and establishment i’ve been to.

I’ve been placing online orders with this establishment and have been tipping as well with each order. The food is never ready even 10 minutes after it’s supposed to be ready and this is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with issues with online take-out orders. I rather DoorDash from somewhere else instead of ordering take-out from here.

Wait…great. Food…great. Cleanliness…awesome. They ran out of gravy. At 8am. The only problem I had was watching the cook make the food and every few seconds, picking up her phone and scrolling through social media. With the gloves on!! The phone was even just resting on the counter where the food is!! Unbelievable.
