Most all Waffle Houses are good but #415 was 5-Star all the way. Cynthia waited on us, she is very efficient and personable. The cooking staff can teach the All-Star class.

I placed an order for sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the hash rounds the $9 and some change plate when we got our food back to the room and looked at our food there was no eggs and our hashbriwns were cold. The food was ordered it right there in the waffle house and she handed it to me . There’s no way the food should have been cold upon reaching our destination which was 4 minutes away.

This was my first Waffle House experience and it was awesome! The service was friendly and quick. The food was good. The environment was really friendly! When we walked in it was packed but we were still able to be seated fairly quickly.

Usually this waffle house is great but after the renovation theyve prioritized mobile and to-go orders than the patrons inside. Today we, a party of two, waited for AN HOUR for our food while the kitchen and staff made countless to-go orders. The food came out in pieces and most was cold before the sandwiches were done. We should have left like others did, but we were hungry and determined to have waffle house.
If you cant handle to-go and in house service, then get rid of to-go. The customers inside should always be priortiy. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a waffle house. Will not be back.

I am not the type to leave negative comments for restaurants, but personal problems shall be left outside the doors or at home. I often stop at this location because of their excellent service. However, on April 20, 2025, the waitress on duty provided the nastiest service ever in this location. We ordered a grilled bacon chicken sandwich and received a plain chicken sandwich instead. The BLT with cheese was served as a BLT without cheese, and my steak meal didn’t come with a knife. When we requested a knife, a coffee refill, we never received any. We also asked for mayo but were only given one packet to share among four sandwiches. When we asked for more mayo, the waitress became frustrated, and the manager had to come out to assist us. We overheard other customers complaining about their orders being incorrect and feeling neglected while the waitress was attended to other tables. People tend to forget that they get tips and paid based on their excellent customer service skills not based on their personal problems or profiling skills.
