I often come to this place but today I had an experience with the waitress name Dulce E.. she’s in the 2nd shift she was really rude by not saying hi to the customer, she still didn’t want to attend me. The cooker came to attend me but she was the opposite nice. But the other girl she looks she doesn’t want to work at this place. Also, she didn’t want to bring my drink….. I have come to this place for over year and almost every day!!!! Management should take action on this seriously..

Everyone was Professional and thorough. Mr. Will made my waffle and sausage to PERFECTION . I’ve been to numerous waffle houses as of late and they NEVER get my waffle right when I request a very light waffle and extra well sausage. Mr. Will did both correctly and Cannon provided excellent service. Natasha was nice and friendly as well. 5 STARS!!!

This is the third time this is happening in the last six months and I was going to leave a good review, but after what happened this morning, I will do four stars… My wife came up here and ordered breakfast, which was a chicken bowl with scrambled eggs, (which they never get right and I’ve had to return multiple times), but this issue was a patty melt with three eggs on the side. Get home and there are no eggs, so the wife drove back and explained to them that there were no eggs on the side. They said they were on the patty melt!! AND OF COURSE… no eggs or cheese in the grits!
Had to drive back again, for the 3rd time, took the plate inside and showed them. There were no eggs on the patty, nor were there any eggs on the entire order. I also never received a receipt.
I have ALWAYS made sure to take care of my servers when they take care of me or at least do their job. I feel the Restaurant business is underpaid so I try to show my appreciation for their services.. I tip very well at least 50%, every time and to still get service like this is unacceptable.
***UPDATE***
The other server after coming up here, rectified the situation and remade the order as it was supposed to be. I’m not sure what was going on with the server that took our order originally, but I hope that she figures it out because we enjoy coming to this location.

Mixed feelings about this one. While the food was the best I ever tasted in Waffle House, I had one of the worst serving experience. The cook on new year was so obnoxious and cursing and blatantly told my wife and I, indirectly, that he didn’t care. He seemed off and waiter was abit embarrassed and giving signs for us to ignore him.

I was about to order after looking at the menu for five seconds, she walked away. She came back and asked for my order with no eggs then totaled it to be $17. I told her if the all star is cheaper than give me that, she totaled the all star to be almost $20. I know the prices changed at Waffle House because they are trying to pay the workers more but if the prices are changing then the service and quality of the people that work there need to change as well. I could’ve got way better service and zero attitude probably in another city, this Tucker one ain’t it. No one wants to deal with the extra attitude on the side.

We went to the waffle house near 5956 Lawrenceville hwy and they where mumbiling about us and then Kicked us out and they had mean service, they where really slow and did not take our order and we waited for about 10 minutes for our drinks which they never brought them. They also after taking forever to take our order, which they never did, they told us we had to wait and extra 10-15 minutes because they where switiching cooks. We had also gotten there before a couple(2 people) which they helped first instead of helping us, that we for there first.

I went to eat with my family at night time around 8pm today tuesday january 6th 2026 and we are very unsattisfied first we sat down and the waitress took soo long to come give us forks and spoons and when she does decide to come she does not even say a word no hello no nothing her name is DULCE. E and then she left without saying a word then she came back to take our orders and we have came here a lot and every single time we come they take our drink orders first and then they come back and ask what we want to eat but no, we told her what we wanted to drink and then after we ordered she told us no u have to order your drinks first and we politely asked if we could get are drinks first because we were really thirsty and she got mad and left without saying anything then she went to another person working and told her that she was not going to continue to take our order because she didn’t want to once again her name is DULCE. Saving you some time here- keep driving 5 mins north on Lawrenceville Hwy. Staff is lazy and don’t want to work around shift change… they’ll tell you they are doing take home orders only. Only reason I go to Waffle House is for the experience… and without the experience, you don’t get my money!
