My son’s first time at a Waffle House. He ate everything which was shocking. He is a very picky eater. Only issue was the long wait for a table. There were open table but they were so busy with the take-out orders; that they took forever to clean them. After that service was quick.

My Allstar was made how I asked in a timely manner. I asked for weight on my bacon to be crispy all around, which it was not burnt but brown all around. I was served Everything as asked at once, waffle came a couple minutes later and Waffle came out perfectly Golden. My server Maggie was great an checked on me routinely. At first I did wait a couple minutes before she approached me but once she checked in with me she provided everything I asked. She provided great customer service. Two Thumbs Up 😉

This Waffle House was so good. The staff l was lovely to talk to and they took great care of us. Angie (pretty certain that was her name) kept talking to my 3 year old and was so sweet with him. Service was seriously great. I don’t think we had to ask for one thing, they kept anticipating what we would need and delivered every time. Refills came without asking, condiments came out with the food, extra straws, kid friendly cups with lids without having to ask, etc. Seems like small gestures but they all added up! We might be back again before we leave town.

I had went to the newest one in Mableton on Veteran’s Memorial Hwy before you enter Atlanta…OMG The worst Customer Experience after calling for 15 minutes…coming out of Atl they did not pick up the phone and when I arrived they said the Grill was down and they were not taking any more orders. There were 3 Employees behind the counter and the server said she did not have to answer the phone when there is only one Server…But 3 Employees and just Ugly in how they handle me. My First and Last Time there…
