Waffle House is nothing if not consistent! My eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were scattered, covered and chunked exactly as ordered! Service was quick and friendly and my tea glass never got empty!

Typical WH with good food. Josh the cook was so engaging with everyone that walked in and asked several customers if their food was the way they wanted it. . Everyone was nice.

Great customer service thank you !!! The food is good. The only thing is that the cooking personnel not focused talking each other personal staff at lunch time. Also I just want to make a comment about that the air conditioner it is a little bit too cold . Some customer (Not) mask. This is just a humble opinion; we need to get more respect for each other.

Placed a to go order online and was only given half the order. Went back up there and the manager Josh made it happen asap with stellar service and courtesy. I really appreciate him and the staff for their immediate and over attention to detail to the customer experience.

Food was what you expect, fast even though they were pretty busy. Much better hot and fresh than when I get it delivered. Bit of a hectic atmosphere but besides that pretty good will continue coming back!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Waffle House until now, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review. On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, around 11 PM, my friends and I visited this location and had a very unpleasant experience. We were making jokes among ourselves when the cook began staring our table down for a solid three minutes, making us immediately uncomfortable. We went ahead and placed our orders, but when the food arrived, some items were incorrectly made. We politely asked for corrections, and while our server tried to help, nearly 20 minutes passed without any follow-up. What stood out the most was the cook’s behavior. He was friendly and attentive with other tables—mainly non-minorities—but noticeably dismissive toward ours. As a group of minorities, we couldn’t help but feel the treatment was racially motivated. It was disappointing, especially considering the cook is also a minority. We also asked about our bill, which seemed higher than usual for the same items we’ve ordered at other Waffle House locations. We ended up eating just to avoid wasting food, but the experience left a bad impression. I hope management takes this seriously—everyone deserves to feel welcome.
