It’s Waffle House so you either love it or hate it. The food was great as always and Waffle House has some of the best coffee around. My server, Katherine, was not good, but not bad she was mid at best. She was not on top of refills and didn’t even give me silverware. Plus she looked like she didnt want to be there.The other waitress made up for her slack. They topped off my coffee and got me silverware. Overall one of the best staffs I have had at a WH in a while.

Let me start by saying I had a bad experience with Waffle House when I first moved to Georgia, so I was very hesitant to try it again. But a friend convinced me, and I’m so glad I did! You really just have to go to the right location with the right staff and atmosphere.
This Lawrenceville location (30045) completely changed my mind! Walker and Casey were AMAZING and made sure my experience was nothing like before. Great service, great vibes, and they truly made me feel welcome. They promised I’d be back — and they were right!

I’ve been coming to this waffle House for years but I have never come in the evening. Today was the first time that me and my family decided to eat here this evening. First of all, the atmosphere was totally different from what I’m used to. Not very inviting, it seemed like no one really wanted to be there. But this was always a consistent place for us. So we still ordered. Our order was messed up when we receive our food. My daughter had over easy eggs she always orders them here but this time they were barely cooked.(I should have examined her for) She started to feel sick from eating them. Very disappointing in the atmosphere and the enthusiasm definitely will not be coming here at night time. It seems to me that is a totally different vibe and service.

Out waitress was Tierra Berry. She was polite and very inviting when we arrived. We were seated quickly, order was taken quickly and food was received quickly. What I didn’t like was that she threw the food on the table and was snatching plates off of the table before we were finished with them. I don’t think she was upset, but it was very inappropriate. We tipped her via cashapp over half of the amount of what our food was and she never said thank you or have a nice day. I wouldn’t want her as a waitress again.
