My order was completely wrong. It took 3 times to get it correct. It was tasteless and not worth the wait. I was in the area so I knew of no other breakfast. The waitress was pleasant but I can assure you I will not be returning to this one.

We made a late midnight run to this location and when I say the service was amazing it was amazing! We was greeted and served right away. The drinks and food all came to our table within 5 mins of ordering. The food was made correctly and our server was on point. He made sure our drinks stayed full and gave us all the requested condiments after ordering! It’s hard working the grave yard shift but this team made really made it look flawless! We definitely will keep this location in mind when making our midnight food runs .

Today, I visited Waffle House like every Sunday. The climate of the restaurant was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUD with the Manager Shellie. She yells at the employees, and scream at the top of her lungs. Which I’ve witness first hand and, this not the first time. Instead of Shellie speaking in a manner, that is more respectful & conducive to employees she chooses not too.
Shellie suppose to set the tone, and not speak to adults in a condescending tone in front of customers.
Shellie needs to be coached by District Managers, on how to be professional, courtesy and respectful to others.
Her behavior definitely creates a hostile work environment, from what I’ve observed the employees stay silent.
The other Managers are always professional. If I visit again, and if Shellie the Manager on Duty, I will take my business elsewhere.

Waffle houses are looked down upon by people just by looking at it. Well guess what, this is the opposite of what I just said! This Waffle House is awesome and is super good! Miss Aggie and Miss Michelle are awesome servers! They are so fun to talk to. EAT HERE NOW!

Ordered in advance. Forgot to add onions to the hash browns. Forgot one order of extra bacon. We paid EXTRA for both these upgrades. Didnt realize items missing til I got home.

For the most part, everything was ok. Only one small issue. On my Fiesta Omelet I asked my Waitress to “Hold the Jalapenos” (NO Jalepenos). When I received my Fiesta Omelet, it had Jalapenos in it. I didn’t want to make waves and I was on a scheduled pressed for time. So, I accepted and ate the Omelet.

Nastiest Waffle House ever. I came in to place a to go order and stood there for over five minutes before the worker (that was engrossed in his phone directly in front of me) would acknowledge me after I had to ask him was he working. There was a lot of things that he could have been doing like cleaning this filthy place. There was garbage everywhere, grill was disgusting, run, run I say.
