I go out of my way to make sure I go to this Waffle House because it is the best one i’ve ever been to. Today I took my Aunt since she’s never been, and we had the BEST experience. Ali was amazing, she was the best server we’ve ever had in our lives. Such a fun Tuesday brunch. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast was great. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast. The eggs were good, the hash browns were just right. And Charles the manager / cook was delightful to talk to. 10/10 would go back.

The waiter took at least 20 minutes to take my order and it was not even full. Also both the waiter and the cook both looked like they didn’t want to be here. The waiter was sick and sneezed and looked like snot flew on the ground. Other employees have done better. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Stopped in at 12:45 on a Saturday. It was busy, but they had it handled well. I sat at the low bar to order a to-go sandwich. While I sat, no orders were called, and some food was going out. After 5 minutes, not a single person even acknowledged me. Not a word. With 4+ people on the floor and 2-3 on the line, I shouldn’t have been sat down for 60 seconds without a greeting.
Got up and left. Drove to the store on the other side of Cumming and have my sandwich in hand in the time it took to write this review.

Staff is fine but my order is wrong and I can’t even call about it I have to go all the way back to the store! No phone line for a restaurant isn’t a good idea. Now I paid full price for my order to be screwed thanks a lot
