Every weekend, I like to have breakfast with my kids at Waffle House. Today was my first time there. The place was busy, but every waiter was very friendly and smiling. The music in the place was very relaxing. It was a very good experience.

This place has gone down hill. I am on a tight schedule so I ordered on line to go. First I ordered an all star and when I picked up and left I had to return because they missed my husband’s waffle once I got home my husband noticed he was missing his chicken sausage. Then my order was a bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl and I noticed My hasbrowns were missing the onion, tomatoes and jalapeños and the egg wasn’t scrambled it was fried hard with the yolk popped. The worst part is I can’t even call the restaurant to let them know so they can correct the issue. I didn’t have time to drive back there and wait.

The first thang I’d like to say is this is the CLEANEST WAFFLE HOUSE I been too. The waitress Mari she was very attentive to the way we wanted our order fixed and the cook Lighting was the food was GOOD and everything was spot on. Went as a group that decided meeting up after a party the night before. Plenty of parking available. 9 of us went in (8 adults + 1 preschooler) and used 2 booths. The service by Danielle was impeccable for both tables. We knew the restaurant chain likes to keep their locations C LD❄️ but we dressed accordingly. However, some received food that was warm to cold when served. Coffees were topped off continuously (thanks for the checking in Danielle!). The little one enjoyed their breakfast as much as most of us enjoyed ours. The music played at a reasonable volume. We went in at 8 am and was getting full by the time we left. Well6doit again !

Some people don’t understand when you get takeout, the food will get cold before arriving at their destination. Especially if your destination is far from the Waffle House. I don’t have that issue. And I’m less than 5 miles from my destination.

And if someone is driving far to get their food, that has to be in consideration too. The containers that they have the food in and the plastic bag can only hold for enough time. And if someone’s not getting their food quickly, because it’s a personal life thing/situation, good or bad, this on the customer,

Some people don’t know you can order online and then, pick up your food.

Some people don’t understand that time on Wednesday mornings is their busiest time. When the customer arrives, there’s a shift change. And that the cook and server are by themselves until the next server comes.

The food is great. All of the staff are nice. They are very accommodating to my needs. It’s one of the friendliest spots I come to when I can.

And you want any eggs with your meal, there’s a 50¢ upcharge. That’s still more affordable than going to any restaurants around here. You know who they are.

If anyone wants a good Waffle House experience, come here.

As I am sitting here Andre and Miss Linda was done with their shift waiting for the next crew to come in . They have told us that it would probably be 15 instead they sat us down cooked our food then when the next shift came in they left I haven’t even finished my food yet . I wanted to give them a tip they said don’t worry about it . Now that’s great employee’s! You can tell they both had a long day . I am so thankful for you two! May god bless you both !

I got my food burnt and cold and when I asked to get new grits, because they were cold I got cold grits again. So after I asked for the bill to be readjusted she told me she could not do that. They do not care and won’t fix the issue at this store.

The lady at the front clearly needs additional training. She cannot properly calculate and charged my card TWICE because she is incompetent. There were SEVERAL other seasoned employees who had to help her do basic math although there’s an entire chart with each fee broken down. Will not be back to this location – do better

Place was my favorite waffle seems the old cooks are gone and a lot of the waiters too it says a lot and results are showing now poor quality this place has took a staggering hit not only service but the workers and cooks are who set the tone good food with great service is what I got before the new crew now I will not step foot in here again … (the food quality has dropped drastically don’t eat here find a new spot…
