The service tonight was top notch. The young woman behind the counter made sure to reiterate the orders back to the customers, handle multiple customers at once and adress any concerns, such as dietary restrictions. clean appearance with plenty of light. staff greeted me at the door. placed online ordered with 30 min eta when meal takes 10 mins. got to store and it still wasn’t ready. waffle does this generally to put in store customers ahead of online but the store was empty. had to wait an additional 20 mins to get food. felt penalized even tho they charge online customers $3.19 per entree. service is king and this place ain’t even royal.

They really messed up my order. There where egg shells in my eggs. My waffle looked crazy. I assume they let anyone cook there. I email their District manager, they gave me a refund, and offered to comp my next meal to encourage me to come back. He never did that. I feel the un professionalism starts from the head down. If the district manager, has no integrity you know his locations won’t either. Save your money, and go elsewhere.

At arrival I was greeted by everyone in the restaurant don was my server and he was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Quan was the cook and he made sure my food was cooked to perfection and on the table in a timely manner. Food took forever, half was hot, half was freezing cold. Also was a cigarette butt on the counter. To go lady was trying her hardest but it’s like the cooks were all in their own world. And 2 meals and 2 waffles is now almost $50. Waffle House needs to get it together.
