Kane beat breakfast approximately 10 o’clock. Weren’t that busy? Didn’t get our drinks until the food came out. Food came out wrong. It just seemed like they were more busy. Doing other things and serving customers and look. I don’t know if well that was called out wrong. But the food was definitely incorrect stake was tried supposed to have cheese on the eggs. Cheese on the steak neither came out with but you know you go in there to have your coffee before you get your food and it didn’t come till the food was served. And they were just kind of standing around waiting for coffee. But they weren’t busy.So, running out of coffee didn’t seem to be an option

At the Waffle House on Hwy 278, Brenda truly stood out as a beacon of outstanding customer service during our visit a few weeks ago. Her warmth and kindness were as comforting as a slice of homemade apple pie. Despite this particular Waffle House not being our absolute favorite, Brenda’s dedication and attentiveness made it a close second in our book. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable.
Brenda’s genuine care for her customers was evident throughout our meal. She took the time to engage with us, making us feel not just like patrons, but valued guests. This was my first time at this waffle house and I will never go back I took my daughter out for breakfast and the bill came to $21 and some change for 1 meal and 2 drinks and yes I left a tip even though i shouldn’t have so 10% of the bill which was $2.17 now honestly in my opinion a tip should be based on the service you give to your customers why would you tip for bad service

Great experience 🙂 stopped by at 12am because we were waiting for my pup at the emergency vet across the road. The servers and waitresses were all very friendly and sweet, our waiter (chris/bubba? Not sure) was super friendly and had awesome tattoos. Thank you!

I was having dinner with my friend and catching up and they weren’t busy. The server basically came up to us and said they had a time limit and we had to go soon. I understand if we were holding up the tables and they had a line at the door but there are 6 empty seats open. We are still drinking our coffee and soda in the midst of this. I really didnt appreciate that service.
