We packed this place out around midnight. Brought 52 people in at once. The cook and the two waitresses was absolutely amazing! They all had great attitudes and did a tremendous job! We did call ahead.. but still,.. some wouldn’t have wanted us to come. But they didn’t mind at all! Really really sweet people! Highly recommend!

Ehh. The food just isn’t worth the High cost. SMH. 2 dried up burger patties on burnt buns no lettuce or tomato. The steak hashbrowns bowl was so small, a hardworking adult Male would need 3 of those to be filled. The Drinks were full of ice and very little to drink so not necessary. Oh well. Dine and learn I suppose. On the good side customer service was wonderful. Thank you

Came to the establishment after work. Wasn’t told they were out of silverware. Food was prepared incorrectly. Was given a spoon to eat a waffle. Service completely sucked!

The energy and staff were absolutely amazing! I was greeted as soon as I entered the location, and the wait time was short. The food was delicious, and the Waffle House sauce was so good — definitely a standout! Great experience all around!

Quick weekend trip and as soon as we got off the plane in Atlanta we knew we needed a Waffle House fix. Fortunately for us, this was the location we stopped at! The food was prepared quickly and correctly and was just yummy comfort breakfast food. I got my sugared grits and bacon and I was a happy, happy girl! What made this particular location so fantastic though was the service! Friendly, polite, quick and happy. EVERYONE working here had a smile, they were joking and interacting with each other in such happy, positive ways, all while serving us quickly and making us feel so welcome. Big thumbs up for this location!

Me and my girl just came from this Waffle House she ordered grit bowl and was about to get double hash browns I ordered bacon lovers and got burnt bacon and she didn’t even put the receipt in the bag I would like my money back or a new order. I don’t know what this place is doing but they’re not doing it right. My wife and I showed up and they were busy but they had four seats open at the bar they had two more seats open at the table next to the bar and an empty table that still had to be bused. One of the servers that was working there stood with her back to the counter watching the people cook and not doing anything to allow other customers to sit down. So we got up and left after waiting for about 7/8 minutes and watching there ineptness. It looks like she was the one in charge and that’s more than likely why she wasn’t doing anything to help get people seated.

Terrible service, terrible food. Before ordering our food at 12 noon, my sister asked the Clerk if the Grits are fresh, because t herre usually clumpy and old around 12 noon, the clerk stated yes. However, once the food is served, the Grits come out clumpy and gross . Then the clerk gets an attitude and tells the chef about situation. Thank goodness for Will(chef/Mgnr) stating he will take care the order. While the clerk goes directly over to the Dishwasher with Locks and Tattoe laughing and giggling under her breathe(while mask half way on half way off, then immediately goes to a customer to take order) mask still half on half off taking Money…..

Arrived around 0330am on 11/23/24. Placed my order and left a cash tip. Because the employee said they will get credit cards tips next week so I gave cash. I was told if I already placed my order i had to wait in my car until they waved at me to come back in to get my food. What’s the purpose of having the location open if I have to wait in my car after I order. Will not be visiting this location again. Plus they forget my chocolate chips on my waffle. Manager needs to make a change to that rule. I understand the take out only rule. But come on wait in the car.
