I ordered an All-Star meal and my sausage was missing, and there was no cheese in the eggs. After driving all the way home, I returned and asked for my order to be remade due to the inconvenience. Instead of showing empathy, the staff made smart remarks, stating that they saw the items put in the order. The lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

So i came with my family around 630, there were 3 workers here and our waiter -a girl- forgot our drinks and the services were just bad. It just seemed kind of depressing compared to a few years ago where it was bright and happy. There needs to be more cleaning and maybe better service. When we asked for our drinks to the manager (i presume) called for our server and did not get them himself. The food was a little greasy so 4 stars. It also felt as the server was staring at us as we were 3 kids and one adult and all different races. Please fix.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A WAFFLE HOUSE EVER! Little to no concern over complaints. Food not fully cooked. Huge chunks of onion mostly raw in hashbrowns. Long hair in biscuits and gravy. Well done hashbrowns not even close to cooked Well. Bacon requested to be medium was crunchy as a cracker. Rest of meal came out while waiting on 8 year olds meal for an additional 10 minutes. Had to ask a couple times for drink refills and only got one cup of coffee. Did not bring Togo at all after it was requested. Never brought bill. 10% discount was not enough to make me come back.
