Stopped by this Waffle House on Christmas and had an excellent experience. The food came out fast, the service was top-tier, and the customer service and communication were truly outstanding. The environment was clean, welcoming, and full of great energy. On a holiday especially, everything ran smoothly and my order was made perfectly. This is easily one of the best Waffle House locations I’ve been to. Very grateful for the staff who showed up and delivered such a positive experience.excellent team .

Angel literally deserves the world. She had to cook and serve in this establishment all on her own. Even so, she managed to maintain great customer service and attentiveness. Additionally, she was very joyous through everything.

Maybe today just wasn’t the day. The cooking staff was pumping out food. The waitstaff? ‘Didn’t know how to clean tables, greet people, or take orders. I left after 4 minutes of no one even talking to me. How sad. Waffle Houses- especially in Atlanta- were never this badly run. They always had a waiter or two who were “rocks” and helped bring along younger staff members. From what I saw this morning, everyone but the cooks were just chickens with their heads cut off. Pitiful, really.

I went to eat at this waffle house, I regret it. The food was good but I had a disagreement with a waitress whose name I don’t remember by the way. The point is that the ticket said that the total was 38.50 and I was not satisfied so I checked on my phone for a total of 33.25, we told the waitress in a nice way and she very despotically answered saying that she had confused the bill because she was very tired and more excuses. In the end I had to pay the 38.50. Of course I have to pay it but what bothers me is that she hasn’t corrected her mistake and she answered us in a bad way I ordered 1 cheeseburger bowl ($10.25) 3 waffles ($15) 2 juices ($5.5) and 1 coffee ($2.50)

I just want to shout out HANNAH at this Waffle House! She was the ONLY one working when I came in — cooking, serving, cleaning, literally doing it all by herself — and she was still so kind and welcoming the whole time. You don’t see that kind of work ethic and attitude often. Honestly, Waffle House needs more people like her… she deserves to be a manager one day. Big props to Hannah for making my experience great even under pressure!

Only got half of our food got all American special suppoat to be 2 eggs, 2 toast, waffle, hash beownz or grits. Only got hash browns, sausage, and the waffle…NO EGGS NO TOAST WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. When I asked the waitress she had no concern what so ever. Thank you for the worse service ever encountered.

If I could give zero starts I would … this is the worst Waffle House I’ve been too and I live in the hood. I sat here 30 min ( literally my whole break) no one even said hello and when they finally made my food it sat on the counter while they talked amongst themselves ….
