Customer service was excellent from initial waitress. Soggy bread for chicken melt, overriped lettuce., a little dark for me bread, but tasted okay. Also, make sure you include the price on ticket when you present it. Yellow ticket had $11.75and handed a $20 and counted my change and wondered why I was getting less than $8.25 with no explanation. When questioned, it appeared to be offensive to the cashier and the tone of “You got it to go!” did not make me feel welcomed anymore. I value being heard or have something explained to me when I am patronizing a company especially when the bill states $11.75 is due and I am being charged a few dollars more. The waffle area was hideous and the batter looked extra lumpy.

Wish I could remember the waitress name. She was excellent. The food was tasty, fresh and hot. Despite it being crowded it was a minimal wait. Table was clean. Nice they offer a veterans discount to honor our troops.

This place is nasty. I am going to stop spending my money and eating here and you should too! The nighttime cook is NASTY, he was taking a nap when I came in the other week and didn’t get up until the server yelled out the order. He jumped up and came into the kitchen, did NOT wash his hands and began to prep my food. I spent $25 on food, once I saw this I was disgusted. The tip of the iceberg was when he was drinking a red bull while preparing my food.
I got a refund. I gave them another try last night, he was there and I asked the other person who was there to make my food, he did. Lawanda was there and she was very kind. I came back again tonight, I didn’t see the cook, I nicely asked who was cooking, and the server I believe his name is (Logan?) had an attitude. When all I did was ask a question. I was very polite. I wouldn’t go to this place. They are nasty, have nasty customer service and they don’t wash their hands. They take naps and slob all over the tables where customers sit and eat and If I were y’all I would just cook at home. That’s what I’ll start doing moving forward.

Last visit 9/26/25 10:00pm. Server was very rude and racist. Messed up my order and told the supervisor “if he wasn’t on his phone….” Place full of white employees so had no respect for a black man. Tried to entice me to get disrespectful with her. I go to this waffle house a lot and this is a common problem. Stay away because it has great potential to send negative energy your direction. I’ll be calling corporate about this one.

This must be the worst WH I’ve ever been in. The cook staff were constantly yelling, the server wouldn’t bring us anything we asked for when we asked (jelly, butter, syrup…). When I asked for a refill of water she took my glass and never brought it back. There was something off with the grits like they had been scorched and the bacon tasted rancid. The place was complete chaos.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! i waited like 20 like 20 minutes to somebody take my order, and they just had like 2 tables, they had a bad actitud, looking like they dont like giving a good service, never comming back!!
