Traveling from GA to NC in a snow storm. They have a set meal. I seen like 3 people come in seat down. Then get up and leave due to this. This is not waffle house whoever came up with this is dumb plan dumb. They refused to add bacon to my hamburger but will make a bacon egg bowl ? Like what the hell? Cook wearing a full face mask and hood. All you can see is his eyes just weird and odd. But I can say the waitress was great. She honestly felt bad about the menu and apologized to us. Bill was more than normal for the food we ordered. Feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone.

We come to this location all the time and the service this time was just overall, a terrible experience. We get there and the food is limited because of the snow. We understand that and eventually order. We get rushed to order and our server Kiska is very rude in the process. We asked for hot sauce and she said okay then comes back and slams it on the table and walks away quickly. We got no refills on any of our drinks when they were all empty. We tried to ask but she was too busy and never came to our table once to ask if we were okay, if we needed anything , etc. In the process of eating, 2 out of 5 people found hairs in their food. Overall, the food was mediocre and even if we wanted to give the food back because we couldn’t eat it with hair on it, we couldn’t because our server was too preoccupied to serve us.

I noticed that one of the servers was using vape/pen while handling food. Ordered the steak and egg breakfast. I did receive the wrong steak which at first seemed to work towards my benefit but it was very well overcooked. The eggs were undercooked. The food also took a while to be served which wouldve have been fine if the food was decent.

I’m terrible with names, but the cook that was working tonight (1/24/25 around 745ish pm) was absolutely awesome. Our child had a lot of questions for him and not once did he get annoyed with him, he was awesome & the food was great!

The general manager Rodney was rude and unprofessional, not fit to be manager at all. I know one of the waitresses so I walked in ordered my food, then walked out to the truck to wait for it to cook. After 15 min or so I went back in. The food was not cooked. The waitresses asked why it wasn’t to which she was told it hadn’t yet been paid for (I didn’t know it needed to be, that’s how I always do it). So the the waitress asked Rodney if he would drop the t bone and sausage to which he replied no he would not and walked off to the back.

The staff was extremely welcoming. In addition, as a first timer the food was on point. You can’t go wrong with the all star breakfast for $12.00.
Eggs your way, one large waffle, grits or hash browns, and choice of pork bacon, pork sausage, or chicken sausage and your choice of toast. I chose raisin toast.
You won’t be able to eat it all however you will be full and totally satisfied!

My mom has for her eggs to be done a certain way and the cook refused to do her job me and mom will not be back at this establishment we got up and left the cook costed her servers money and should be reprimanded for it!!

Terrible service! I sat at bar and the two groups already there were a total of 4 people, already served and eating. After 10min, not only did no one greet me, no one took my order, not even coffee! Obviously no one needed my money there. I left and am avoiding that place like avoiding the plague.
