I have visited many waffle houses because I’m on the road right much. This waffle House produced outstanding food. Prepared it just like I asked it with a few additions + the people that were accompanying me commented how good their food was too. The service was outstanding. Of course we always sit at the bar and watch him cook + always learn a little bit. Very good grilled chicken sandwich.

If I could give more stars for a rating I would! Me and my boyfriend stopped by here on our way back towards Charleston. They did not disappoint. The food was so good (even though we both order the exact same thing every time we go to any Waffle House), the waitress was wonderful (I wish I would have gotten her name!) and there was just an overall friendly vibe that you don’t often find at Waffle House (especially at 3:00am!!).

Oh boy. Now THAT was a meal and a half. And im not just talking portion. Never have I felt such stasis. True peace has fallen over me. An inner unlocking that I didnt think known. Blessings given to me by the holy one, may he continue to show me grace in this life is humiliation. Nina was STELLAR. Just picked up my Waffle House order and had to go back because they didn’t put items in the bag. Brooklyn has the nastiest attitude we went back and told them what was missing and she insisted she put it in the bag. The bacon was missing for the allstar breakfast so it was in the side. I purchased a side of bacon and sausage both was missing the 2nd waffle and bacon was missing. I’m not sure if she can see or read but I PAID for 2 and only wanted what we paid for which was $90 worth of food. She kept saying she remembered putting one in the bag, well she did put ONE in the bag Their service is terrible and they need some management guidance

I have finally decided it was time to leave a review on this joke of a restaurant. We have been frequent customers of this store for over 30 years. In 30 years I have never been turned away once until the last couple of years. We have been walked up to a lock door the last 5 visits. At least 4 of the last 6 visits we have been told that the grill is closed for cleaning. Mind you we go at all different times so unless it’s a very odd coincidence, the grill should be the cleanest grill in Waffle House history. Now we have to drive 15 mins to the store just to find out if they will even let us in the door. They refuse to answer the phone most of the time. I understand the struggles with finding employees to actually come to work. I have been hiring dozens of people before, during, and after the pandemic. What I do know is there are dozens of Waffle House employees working from home and offices somewhere. I would hope that before we lose such a popular place in our little town for generations that some of those desk jobs could become in the store jobs until we can finally figure out our workforce issues. If that ever happens. Just my 2 cents on a Saturday night in the Simpsonville Waffle House once again.(closet Waffle House to this embarrassing establishment in Fountain Inn)

let me assure you this is the best waffle House experience I have ever had in my entire life! I am in the parking lot. It is 134 in the morning Inn police are everywhere. There are about 12 officers in the parking lot. There are more police officers at the marathon. The former Hardee’s has a few as well. There are young people that are getting sobriety tests. I mean this is better than any dinner show I have ever seen! If you want entertainment, and it’s very best come to the fountain Inn, Waffle House! Dinner and a show at incredible prices!

The staff here are incredible! Their service is unbeatable. Dawn and Nina were my waitresses and their service was top notch. They are very attentive and friendly.
