I was very shocked to see a waffle house also clean. The interior of the restaurant was clean and tidy, the staffs uniforms were clean and tidy ( which is rare) I love seeing restaurants uphold clean, and tidy work/dining areas. Per name tags, “Jesse” was cleaning the grill and burners + the back boards. I love seeing this, this lets me know the food will be good, And they truly care about their customers. I seen rude looks from the woman with “Andrew” per her name tag and another female staff member. Towards Jesse. I’m guessing because he was cleaning. ( Which is crucial for the quality of food, and overall experience of waffle house. ) I wish I have seen more waffle houses like this. “Andrew’s” service towards customers is top notch. Where she lacked respect for her coworker she made up for with customer service. ( Even though bullying a coworker for doing their job is unacceptable) 10 out of 10. This will be our new waffle house.

Right off the bat, this is not fine dining. You’re not going to find healthy choices here. BUT, if you want some good comfort food or breakfast any time of the day, this is it. They specialize in hashbrown potatoes and serve them with everything. We came in during dinner hour, and service was fast and efficient. My wife had a breakfast meal, and I had a beef sandwich. I’m certain I heard my cholesterol and carb levels increase with each bite, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meals as a break from our normal healthy diets.

Great I still miss the old days of being able to call in. However the food was phenomenal and everyone was extremely nice,And I guess for today’s prices the food was fairly reasonable as far as cost. I would recommend and I would also go back to this particular restaurant as well.

Our 2nd attempt tonite for Waffle House (on our way home) after doing an out of state delivery. Complete failure!! Everything was going great! We had excellent customer service in a timely manner from “the cook”. Our waitress had taken our drink order which was 2 coffees. Said she was brewing fresh pot. Never saw her again. When the cook brought us our food we asked about our coffee. She delayed what she was doing to makebour coffee’s. My husband was mixing ketchup into his hash browns when he noticed a hair in them. A different waitress (not our original one) tried to take care of it by taking his food purchase off the bill & offering my husband another meal ” on her”. While we appreciated the kind gesture, we declined her offer. At no point and time did any of these ladies go put on hair nets or hats for that matter. Anything. …to try to stop the shedding of hair going into customers food. Its a shame too bc what little bit I had of my food & actually got to eat….was excellent. But unfortunately the suprise hair ruined it for us. Awful Waffle at its best, I guess…

Really bad experience. Wanted to dine in, first we walked in, no one greeted us, finally seated ourselves, waiter took our order then we wanted to check to make sure that he got the order correct, so we tried to asked the cook as she walked by, as we called out to her politely, she rudely turned around with a stare of death as if we did something wrong, asked her about our order, she said I don’t know, you need to ask the waiter, then my guest and I were talking about the attitude she displayed, and suddenly she started raising her voice at me, then without asking what was going on I was asked to leave by another worker, we will never use this establishment ever again. We left never to return.
