I arrived a little after 1am Saturday night/ Sunday morning. 2 person table no wait. Only about 10 people in the whole restaurant. We sat in the booth far right closest to the restroom doors. My husband and I both ordered All Stars with water. The food came so quick we both commented to the server how fast. The only other interaction we had with her was him asking for more jelly. We thought everything was great, he went to the restroom and I went to checkout at the register. I paid the check with 20% tip and afterwards the employee who checked me out says “I hope next time you treat my co workers with respect” I was so taken back and confused by her remark I only said “I have no idea what you’re talking about”. If I hadn’t been so embarrassed and confused I should have asked her relative questions but she was obviously already disgruntled and I didn’t figure anything I said would help. But after what my husband and I thought was a very uneventful meal. Im assuming shes volitle and wondering how could she say something to a customer like that, when there was zero altercation. Won’t be back here and hoping the young lady gets clarity on her own.

Always a good experience here. Alistar and Lizzy are always super friendly and my food is cooked well. Restaurant is clean every time I dine here. Make sure to show up fairly early on the weekends though because they tend to be pretty busy.

Nikki was our server. She is extremely pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately they didn’t have what i asked for, but the cook (maybe manager, not sure) was very apologetic and offered me an alternative. My co-guest and I both got the cheese steak plate and it’s amazing. She takes her time preparing each customers food as if she was preparing it for her own family.
Highly recommend this WaffleHouse, especially when Clare is here to prepare it.

I ordered over the phone about 45 minutes ago. My husband brought the food to me and it was all wrong, so I called back and spoke to someone that stated they would do my order over, I said please make sure my pork chops are they way I stated, she stated she will. when he brought it back it was the same thing as if I never took the order back . Hash browns burnt, Toast burnt, eggs running suppose to be fried and my pork chops are not what I ask for. Cheese mushrooms onions on the pork chops but they still are plain. I’m not going back a third time or calling. I guess I wasted my money I’ve never experienced a problem here. This is my experience the first time bk in along time. (Picture posted in photos)

Tuesday night into Wednesday morning just after midnight on 8/15, the server lady seemed nice at first. She was sneezing repeatedly. At first, it was into her shoulder, but then I caught her sneezing into her hand right before grabbing plastic cutlery to place into a to-go bag.
I asked if she was going to wash her hands and she asked why would she need to and I pointed at the fork and knife in her hand and said “aren’t you about to put that in a bad with my food after you’ve sneezed into your hands?” She rolled her eyes like I asked her to go through extensive decontamination or something.
Not the regular night server I’m used to dealing with at this location. The cook was on point though.

Thank yall for the all star message on my receipt, it made me smile. How y’all gonna be petty about not getting a tip on an online order? A tip is just that, A TIP. This Waffle House seems like it’s overflow for the other two. I don’t usually see many people in the parking lot. That said, my hamburger was actually REALLY GOOD. Hash browns were perfect. I was really pleased. The wait staff were courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a nice experience.
