After getting off of a food and Bev Job myself wanted some nice hot fresh food before I go inside… although I received that, I Had a 3:25 AM to go order. I walked in at about 330 sat there until about 3:45. No greeting, no “hi how are you”, no anything but yet everybody walking in after me you got a greeting or some sort of service? Like what the hell it wasn’t until I finally spoke up and said something it had to be a “black girl“ and everybody frantically moved… idk if they thought I wanted to “PLACE A ORDER” but it’s wasn’t that! I don’t know … working in food and Bev myself I should’ve been greeted no more than 60 seconds within me walking in that damn door and it was only two tables in the whole restaurant… Do better!!! tip stayed in my pocket. Food is fresh but service is EVERYTHING!!!!

You know I have been recently eating at the waffle House in Goose Creek. Now I am also in the Food and Beverage industry. The thing that amazes me, is the Lack of Gratitude I received. Now I am a great tipper. My bill is normally around $9 to $10 dollars. And I always give $20.00 leaving a 100% tip. However I have yet to be thanked for my generosity. I understand servers work for tips and it’s always good to and look forward to that one good tip. But do I get a thank you or a gesture of a good tip? No! The service is sub par, now I don’t expect a lot of attention. Is everything ok sir? More coffee? I would much rather at this point to tip the cooks. Their food is always good and I get entertainment at the same time. It’s just sad that this generation shows no gratitude or appreciation. Most likely I will not return. I’ll just go to McDonald’s. At least they expect nothing and get nothing.

Tonight was a great experience! They were short staffed with 1 cook and 1 server and weren’t really busy, but our server was so nice! He continuously checked up on us asking if the everything was ok. Hashbrown bowls are as good as they always are! The place was clean and food was good. Haven’t always had good service at Waffle House(including this location) but I can honestly say this was a great experience!

Hash browns cooked one side rest was mushy like was just steam cooked. Sausage I thought was a couple patties chopped with spatula. Mine was run thru a meat grinder. I’ve seen chunkier ground beef, kinda gross… Was likely what they use for the ucky gravy?? The eggs scrambled… Nothing on ticket was scrambled… The ticket even spelled out 2 slices of American cheese… Only got one.
Because it was carry out I knew it wouldn’t be hot by time I got home and am perfectly fine with it… But when ya pay 25 bucks for 2 breakfasts and one is completely wrong (oh I guess the onions were right). It’s not pleasing…
As per the pictures and every forkfull (because I eat what I pay for) it reminded me of the Army

One of the best ones I go to. Great service and it’s peaceful and clean. Im very picky about my food and out of all of the waffle houses, this one gets my order nearly every time without complications. Only time I’ve ever had a wrong order is if there is a new worker.
