This was my first time at this location. Everyone working this morning was excellent! Friendly, fun, and working hard. Over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly and the grits were spot on. Toya was my server at the counter and she was great! I wish I knew the other worker’s names because they were awesome too. I’ll be back.

I’m from greenville, sc and I normally love waffle house. I decided to go with my husband this morning to get food to go and it was genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced. Almost every employee was rolling their eyes constantly and ignoring customers to their faces. It was ridiculous and I have never been treated so rudely, not to mention the fact that my order was literally wrong and we sat there waiting for over half an hour.

Super busy, full to the brim, still got my food hot and in a reasonable time frame. I was alone this trip so that does make it easier. And this was in the midst of a full restaurant plus a surprise walk-in 9-top. They hustle and grind and do an amazing job ans Waffle House should give them all raises. 19 Oct 2025 around 11am. Best Waffle House in Charleston!! Staff is Awesome!!! All the cooks produce same quality, same process so food is consistent and correct. Best Waffle House chef in the business is named Jenny. Have to be a night owl to enjoy her cooking because she only works the late night shift.

Small restaurant, many different breakfast choices! Amazing atmosphere, super nice wait staff, overall best experience I have had with a breakfast place while visiting Charleston. 100% recommend! Will come back if visiting the area again. Food was wonderful, peanut butter and chocolate waffle was to die for!
It was my aunt’s birthday and the waitresses went all out and played a birthday song and everyone in the restaurant cheered and by coincidence a “regular” customer paid for our party of 6’s meal. Overall best experience 🙂 Thank you all for an amazing last day in the area! I’d give you all 100 stars for a rating and a hug! You are the best ❤️

I’ve seen all the crazy videos. While nothing crazy happened here, I don’t know why I thought this food was going to be any good. It wasn’t. I think what’s even worse is you can see them making it for you. It was very unappetizing, sometimes you don’t want to see how the sausage is made. Will never ever ever go back to a waffle house. Our server was nice. That was the highlight. IHOP for life.

We waited quite sometime to get a table, even though it was not the off-season (February) and it was a Thursday. The lady server us forgot that we ordered waffles. To add to the inconvenience, our server forgot about our waffle order, resulting in a delayed arrival after we had already finished the rest of our breakfast.
The food taste good and the prices are very reasonable.

Music was so loud you couldn’t hear people talking. Customer went behind counter to take a picture with staff but was told she couldn’t be back there. After being told several times she came back around the counter. My son’s food was burnt. He got burnt bacon and burnt waffle. Do not recommend.
