Had a great experience here, it was busy but we sat at the counter and got service quickly. The ur omelettes came out fluffy and hash browns were perfect! Definitely worth stopping in!!

Went for breakfast. Our server, Felicia, was so unfriendly. Not one smile. “What do you want, Is that all”. However, she went to another table that she obviously knew and she had the most beautiful smile. Back to her rest of her tables and she was back to her frowning, unfriendly self. The food was very good and fast. Felicia never even checked on us after the food was dropped off. Went to pay, Felicia was checking us out, said the total and while we were using our card at the card reader, she just walked away before we even finished our transaction. Not a thank you or a good bye. She also never even made sure that the transaction was approved. If I had been the one paying, I would not have even left a tip. The rest of the staff seemed to be just fine, in fact there was one server that was so outgoing and friendly, wished I remembered her name because she should get a shout out. Wished we had her as our server. Again, food was great and fast, but awful service.

I was very satisfied with this waffle house. It was very clean, inside and out. Our waitress, Jess, greeted us immediately, was very friendly, and attentive. The food was ready very quickly, hot and delicious. The prices are great. I love being able to actually see the food being cooked in front of me. instead of in a hidden kitchen.

Waitress unfriendly. Took a long time to get tontable. Put food down, Never asked if we needed anything, never checked to see if things were good/bad…(something hard/unbreakable/unchewable in scrambled eggs –NOT eggshell). Returned coffee as served in a VERY dirty food covered cups, had to get up and ask for silverware.
I have 27 yrs of food service and understand having a bad day… we gave about 4 chances but when i had to get up twice and ask others for things… that was enough. We used to be regulars here, however the last few times we have been here.. they’ve changed their “order calling” process and the orders are not called first come, first served. Every time we come now, someone who comes after us.. usually a long time after us! – gets their order taken and served and even eat and leave before we ever get our food!
This is the worst and most disrespectful order calling/service method to date. Serve your customers in order! It’s rude to leave us waiting and serve others. We are wondering why you are discriminating against us! Why are we never the ones who get served first! Do we end up with the wrong waitress?? My understanding is that each waitress has to hold their orders and call them all at once then the next waitress then the next.. I could be wrong. But either way, they are definitely not called in the order they are received and it’s rude and awful!

The staff is obviously very well trained. The atmosphere was extremely warm and welcoming. Unlike most stores the first shift cook, Dominick, is very clean and diligent in his work. The waitresses, Cici, Melinda and Patience, all have exceptional customer service that wasn’t just the cookie cutter “welcome to Waffle House, get your food and leave.” During a slow period they were simultaneously working and actively engaging in conversations with me and other customers. An exceptional and exemplary team, and because of their combined qualities, they have easily become my favorite team to be served by.

Dob and Spencer truly made this Waffle House dining experience magical. Spencer was attentive to an almost supernatural sense, they knew what I wanted before even I realized it. Then Dom was a savant on the grill, I swear these hashbrowns gave me +20 health and a 15% strength buff. I will be telling my grandchildren tales of this glorious meal and I hope they can grow up to be half as superb as these two.
