Staff was rude. Took multiple orders after mine that were friends of the staff. Their orders came right up. My order was put behind a ling list of take out orders. After 25 minutes I asked about my WAFFLE. I was told to wait. Servers not washing hands after going outside. Texting and talking in cell phones instead of helping customers. Entire staff needs to be fired. Won’t be going back.

I though Waffle House is 24/7 but this Waffle House is not, this is my third time visiting them. And they always say their grill is down after 12am. Pulled up this time at 3am to pull up after a night out, and the lady told us once again, their grill is down. They are just lazy

Food was great, service only 3 stars due to the heated argument between two waiters. And the evening shift Manager was cooking at the grill and did Nothing to squash the loud argument between the staff which resulted in our first waitress walking off her job! She had a injured hand or wrist with a brace on it and apparently had taken to long to bus and clean her service area. Which resulted in another waitress making chastising comments which in my opinion should have been handled by the shift manager standing right there especially when profanity and cursing and insults took place. SMH

Absolutely wonderful staff. Food was excellent! Some customer was complaining about waitress looking at his grandson. The waitress did look at him a couple of times for his own safety because he was up walking around touching everything. It was obvious that your grandson was special needs but never did waitress say anything about what he was doing but did glance a couple of times to ensure his safety.This is the BEST Waffle House to visit.

Look, usually this Waffle House is phenomenal. It’s my go to, but I have NEVER EVER had an experience like I did tonight. I sat in here for 30mins without evening getting a drink. Not taking my order cool, but at least give me a sweet tea while I wait. The two women who were working were moving at a snails pace. The cook at one point literally had NOTHING on the grill and the place was almost full. The lady taking orders was literally just standing around. She kept having to recall the orders to the cook. I have never seen two people work with so little effort. Mostly I’m just upset I had to wait without a drink I mean that’s just common courtesy if you know someone is going to wait a while. It literally felt like they wanted the patrons to leave. Before I left I watched two other families walk out who I assume had been there longer than me.

Our first time back in nearly a year and we were pleasantly surprised! Our server had a beautiful, bright smile to greet us, the food was excellent, and the prices were good considering the current food prices. We will return. Food was a little slower than normal coming to the table, but once it arrived it was excellent.
