Great service. The Elite server was very helpful to the other staff.
My favorite part of my visit was watching how each person working started cleaning immediately once the rush came down.
Noone was standing around smoking and hanging out. These people were working hard.

The server was not attentive at all, did had to ask for silverware , and while we always try to understand especially since I myself serve, this was very frustrating , when we asked for anything like the silverware and straw, she took her very sweet time , my toast was dropped on my seat and did not get a replacement toast until few minutes later which wasn’t bad but the toast was even more burnt, the food was burnt a good bit overall and for some reason the gravy we had tasted sour?? This is the first time we have ever had problems at any Waffle House, sad since we were really wanting Waffle House.

Eloise was a sweet waitress and the cook was amazing. There fun spirit made our supper a blast. The kids had fun with the cook mimicking looney tune characters. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for the great experience! And as always the food is amazing!!

The service was wonderful. The wait staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The grill cook, Brandi, on 2nd shift is wonderful. Every meal I’ve had that she whipped up for me looked good, cooked well and was delicious. Will Absolutely. I will Be back soon and On a regular basis.

We came in around 5am, nobody but the workers were there. We sat down, the waitress came and got our order and walked back to the other end to talk to someone. The book overheard us about what was going on and said something to the waitress. Such poor work ethic!!

This girl come throwing my waffle in my plate hard enough that I looked at her and she had a rude face the entire ten minutes I was there! I called back and supervisor was no better! The supervisor answered phone with we’re not taking any Togo orders over phone after 9pm and blah blah blah!!! I don’t want a Togo order and I’ve called five times to get somebody to answer! I’m never going back there again!

went to the one on john b white at first, they said to go only. and every real southern raised girl knows waffle house is not a to go kinda experience. so i left there. took myself down here instead. and they DID ME RIGHT!! friendly service, everything made perfect, 10/10. shoutout to the server w the red hair she was awesome and the rockstar grill op too. 7/13/25 at around 4:30am
