Our food and cook was great! Everything on point and delicious! Our server, Star was rude as can be, got the order wrong… and when she got the order wrong (a waffle add chocolate chips.. no big deal. )… she just went over and grabbed a spoonful and carried it back across and added it to my now chilly waffle saying here ya go. Thanks Star for your two star service .

I just left this Waffle House in Lexington, SC, and I am deeply disappointed with the experience my son and I had. From the moment we walked in, not a single employee acknowledged us. We stood waiting patiently for more than fifteen minutes, expecting at least a greeting or someone to take our order, but we were completely ignored.
After waiting far too long, I finally walked up to the cashier to ask for assistance, hoping someone would notice us. To my surprise, both employees standing there looked directly at me and chose to ignore me as well. Not a word, not a gesture—just complete disregard for a paying customer. It was beyond rude; it was humiliating.
The environment in this restaurant felt uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and simply unpleasant. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. No one should ever feel invisible when they walk into an establishment that’s supposed to serve the public.
I couldn’t help but feel that our treatment might have been more than just neglect—it felt discriminatory. In this day and age, there is absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of who they are.
Overall, this Waffle House is overrated, poorly managed, and filled with employees who clearly do not care about customer service. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their money here. Horrible environment, horrible service, and an experience no family should ever go through.

I dont know who was working the grill tonight BUT DAMN. I just had the most accurate, most perfectly cooked, most bestest every thing order. Obviously I got an All Star, and my eggs were perfect, my hashbrowns were perfectly crisp without being overcooked, my waffle had the toppings IN the waffle, my ham was beautifully toasted just enough to give it some color, and my toast was adequately buttered without being soggy. It was quite literally the best Waffle House meal I have ever had in my entire life of trips to Waffle House and it was READY ON TIME. Bravo to the dinner shift at 7pm on 10/17!! Waffle House needs to use them as an example. 15/5 stars. No photos because I ate that plate SO fast. I’m embarrassed about the speed in which I ate.

The young lady we had as our server , could tell she may have been newer and she was doing her best but the other individuals were leaving her to struggle on her own instead of helping.
She did great as she had multiple tables and a bigger party came in.

Will never go back to this Waffle House. The atmosphere is always kids with no upbringing in Lexington just hanging out acting a fool. Trying to pull into parking lot 8 kids playing blocking their friends car from pulling. When get inside employees just standing laughing seeing it. On top of that inside was louder than a club with a bunch of girls just laughing and acting up yanking the blinds down and the none of the employees say a word. So if you like teenagers running around yelling and laughing and cussing and holding beer cans while smoking vapes go ahead and eat here.
Doesn’t stop here though 9 times out of 10 food is not cooked right with unmelted cheese or they get you’re order wrong or you’re whole family eating at different time. Of course this is night shift.

This location is our go-to store, and my daughter loves a good waffle. We’ve always had great service here, and they usually make her waffle into a butterfly, and even Minnie Mouse. Staff at this location have always been friendly, and the store (and bathrooms) are typically clean.

The girl with long braids has the worst attitude. Nobody made her fill out the application she chose to work there and works at a place for tips yet treats the customers horribly… make it make sense. We left and went to the Waffle House on Sunset Blvd. and had amazing service:)
