I walked in and the gothic lady either short black hair yelled at me As soon as I open the door. She was over by the register and I only had 1 foot in the door and screamed. We are only taken to go orders and we don’t have everything. We only have limited order. She didn’t give me a chance to say hi and she didn’t even say hi when I first answered, she just yelled at me. I went back to the car and sat there for a while and watched her greet two other couples and smiled at them and even gave them a menu. I am black. They are white. I think that’s all need to be said I had on my uniform just coming from work but her attitude was so nasty. I don’t think anyone needs to be going there, but I tell you one thing she was extremely nice to the people who walked in after me.

When you come into Waffle House , you think 24 hour service, full restaurant right? Not here. There was 1 booth occupied, the other 3 were dirty including the bar, which would be understandable if it was busy. I understand this Waffle House gets packed, but when we watch you when we pull up just sweeping there should be no reason why anything is dirty. Second off there should be no reason why half of the restaurant is closed off. Whoever this server was was NASTY. She looks like she absolutely hates her job. We did not order anything complicated and she did not tell the cook the correct order, there were items we were charged for when we did not get on our plate. She did not make the waffle that GOES WITH the all star . She also then charged us and 2 other customers the SAME exact price and they were all different orders. There is no way it should have been the same price. You might want to go back and check your cameras and make sure she didn’t pocket the cash we had left for our bill .

We went to eat here and the Caucasian waitress/waitor with short hair couldn’t really tell male or female was very disrespectful and rude. She was playing music on the jukebox while she was supposed to be working and when we the “customer” wanted to play something she said this is my house and im playing all the songs. She wasn’t even our service provider and was walking by our table making disrespectful remarks. Im 50 years old and I cant remember the last time I’ve met someone so nasty. If you dont like your job go find something else to do! Local customers dont need this disrespectful treatment. Terrible customer service which affects the whole establishment. She was working the night of 2-14-26

Went there to pick up a grits bowl to go to eat before I work outside. Got to my jobsite just to realize I paid $15 for a bowl with no utensils then I was like well I can drink my sweet tea took a sip and it was just nasty bland hot and no ice just embarrassing all I wanted was to eat something decent before work while avoiding McDonald’s or something seems like I’ll have to avoid Waffle House too ridiculous

I have to admit this place was the best waffle house I’ve been too. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was on point and the atmosphere was a happy one. I loved that the music was entertaining and the staff were very friendly and everyone was happy and our waitress was the best.

Absolutely the best Waffle House in South Carolina! Bold statement I know but you will see for yourself. I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and good morning. The restaurant is always as clean as you would imagine and the food is always on point. Don’t go to Piney Grove Rd as it’s the absolute worst Waffle House anywhere!

It was snowing and the restaurant wasn’t quite full. Those waitresses work so hard waiting on tables and preparing what appeared to be endless to go orders, while never missing a beat.

The cook served us all these grit balls and and burnt sausage knowing this wasn’t EATABLE! You too grown to be serving food knowing it isn’t right, it’s not hard to know when there is grit balls and sausage that burnt! Next time stop being lazy and make sure the food is correct before rushing it out!

We sat down at we’re never served, offered water or anything. We sat there for 20 minutes and were ignored. Can’t help feel they were racist towards as well. When decided to leave, they said thank you. And they were not busy. And it was Brunch time
