First I’m gonna say that I’ve lived in this area most of my life and this location was once a I’ll just say ok (3 star) waffle house tonight I ordered online because you can’t even call the restaurant even if you need to speak with someone. I got here about 220am my food had said it was ready at 215. There was group of people all standing outside waiting for food by there new really crappy walk up window. Two people working and a bunch of food on the table inside and all just sitting there the person wouldn’t even come to the window to see if the person that order the food was there and there’s not even a way to check in to say you arrived I waited till almost 3 o’clock before I got my food that had already been done the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by the dumbest implemented new service Procedure witch there clearly are none. I taped on the windows trying to get the woman’s attention and she pointed her finger as to says wait a minute. And continued to wait another 15 min when I taped on the windows again she hollered with a attitude that clearly she was trying to get the food together and I’m thinking what your gonna wait till all these people’s foods ready before you hand any out. Absolutely ridiculous I will never ever eat at this location again nor will my family or anyone I know that might even think to. And definitely going the extra mile to make sure the Corp office aswell as Google and my thousands of review readers don’t either . Even if they gave me a gift card I still wouldn’t eat here I’d go out of town to another location this place will be out of buisness soon anyway. That’s not to mention I also ordered a cheeseburger and since when does waffle house cheese burger not come with lettuce tomatoes and onion mine had nothing but meat and cheese and tasted like rubber

Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Wasn’t even offered a menu when I went to window to order breakfast. 1 Staff member acted like I was disturbing her video game or something when she was literally sitting there not helping the other staff members.

Server was slow. Place smelled. Guy cook, portions were smaller than girl due to guy put his fingers in cup of measurement. Scrambled eggs good, over easy was very greasy. Coffee was not hot and old. We needed 3 cups of coffee, asked for fresh but girl would not make, Lady burned the waffle so got before leaving, 40 minutes. Server came to table only 2 times, to get order and drop off food. She never came back to table. Had to go to register where she was taking 10 minute to get 2 plate order. We had no silverware, had to get cooks attention. My bacon was burned but he was nice to just cooked me some new ones.

Lunch not as good as early breakfast.
Parts of my order were left out. When I was finally asked how everything was, I showed my ticket versus my plate. At that time parts of my bill were scratched off. Then when I paid I paid for the missing items anyway. They weren’t that busy and there was plenty of help. Unfortunately things just slipped through the fingers this time.
