This was our first ever visit to a Waffle House (we’re from Michigan). Our server Dylan was outstanding – quick, attentive, and friendly. My wife and I ordered breakfast and it was delicious and arrived quickly. Nice and crispy hash browns and my eggs and toast came out just as I asked (You can’t believe how hard it can be to get uncut toast!). We would both highly recommend this place for breakfast!

Waffle house is actually misspelled. Waffle Home* I arrived in Asheville with friends and didn’t have a place to go initially, and Waffle home is always open and the food is always on point. There were 3 women working who were cheerful and upbeat, working 3rd shift. One might question if they would be okay, given that tunnel road can be a rough area late at night. They managed a challenging situation with a gentlemen trying to enter with a weapon, and took it in stride, laughing the whole time. I do think it would be a good thing for local law enforcement to recognize that they may need a drive by occasionally, and proper security equipment inside and out. Loved the sparkles girls!! Keep the lights on.

Went here in October of 2023 when all the stuff about sticky maple syrup covered tables and floors was trending. I did not encounter stickyness. I encountered polite waitresses and affordability. Im from NY, and I dont think we need one of these here. It just wouldn’t be the same. Randomly thought about this and came to review it cause I forgot to do it while I was there. Keep up the good work.

We did Valentine’s Day at Waffle House for the second year in a row – so happy to see things back to normal after Helene! But specifically Everett made this Valentine’s so special for us! It was so wonderfully decorated, Everett was so sweet and attentive, and the food was (as always) delicious comfort food.
