Came in with a party of 6. Understood that we’d probably have to split up into 2 tables. The waitresses were rude about us having a larger party. 3 other customers were sat before us. They put no effort into trying to seat us. Once a table opened, took their sweet time wiping and cleaning it off. Once we sat, the server had an attitude. No greetings, service was bad. My girlfriend’s sandwich had a hair in it. The plate my waffle was on, was a dirty plate that still had a wrapper under my waffle. They comped my meal but overall experience was bad. They didn’t give any of us a receipt, probably so we couldn’t leave a review online.

I when in with my mom and dad we was sat down with no menu, the waiter took our order and messed up mine and my moms hash browns, the coffee was old and the cook rolled his eyes as we asked for the tomato to not be cook with the hash browns, my dads hash browns was barely cooked, me and my mom ordered cheese on our eggs and got charged for it but there was no cheese on the eggs. When I asked for a slice of cheese to fix the problem she was slightly rude about it and when the cook got me a slice of cheese he said rude comments about it and made snide remarks. By that time I was already into tears crying about how they was acting towards us. They didn’t bring half our order out until we asked for it at this time we was really to leave, we didn’t have a great time and the food was poor all in all as I’ve worked for many places in my life I’ve never been treated like I was when I say down.

Jordan was our waiter and is one of the best servers I’ve ever had.
He is friendly, and has a great attitude. He’s very attentive but not TOO much.

Literally the worst waffle house ive ever been to. waited 20 mins for a box when the waitress walked past our table 4 times and made eye contact every time. our water was never refilled and my waffle never got chocolate chips. absolutely ridiculous. felt very targeted as a queer couple when every other table got excellent service we could over here and we were practically ignored when we were right next to the register the entire time. she also had a terrible attitude with our table when the rest of the tables got a very sunshiny attitude. never coming back.

Very much like any waffle house in every way. This one has a vintage vibe to it. Play a song on the Jukebox. Order a cheese omelette and grits. Sweet tea was not good at all. But the food was decent and that’s what counts.

Only 3 workers at this location with only 1 cook. Still sitting here after 30 minutes after placing an order. I eat at Waffle House once a week and this one is completely understaffed and had people leaving left and right. A manager needs to step up when they are short staffed

I am never disappointed with the breakfast I have at this Waffle House. After a hard night camping in the Cataloochee Valley I am hungry. On our way back to Asheville, we’ll stop and have breakfast at this Waffle House in Canton. Conveniently located right off of Hwy 40, you can expect great service and a delicious breakfast – made to order. I’m a fan of their waffle, scrambled eggs with toast, hash browns and fairly good coffee. Served with a smile and you’re back on the road in under 40 minutes.

Stopped in early on a Saturday morning and had a quick breakfast before traveling on to my destination . I was pleasant surprised. There was only the cook and one waitress. They had been busy but the place was still decent cleaned and service was relatively quick. Austin was the grill operator and he cooked the bacon and waffle perfectly.
