Well this place is bullshit! Went in tonight 1/31/26 @ 9.40pm. There were two if Lenoirs finest sheriff deputies sitting there, and maybe 8 other people and we’re told they had a limited menu and to go orders only. There is snow on the ground, no other place open, plenty of help because there were the first two and then four more employees walked out of the back, and there were 6 of us. But we were told to go only. Fine ok but damn did you have to kick the officers out. I mean, man feed them!! Damn how hard would that have been. No other place for them to go. They left when we did, and told us they only said to go orders after we walked in! What kind of crap is that!! If you don’t want to work close the doors and go home. Who is gonna come in at 10pm and get a to go order with this bad weather.

I came in tonight right after a football game. There were a bunch of high schoolers. There was one table open but it had not been cleaned. So we stood near it. One lady from the back YELLED AT US FROM ACROSS THE RESTAURANT FOR US TO MOVE SO SHE CAN CLEAN THE TABLE. I just said ok and moved to the side. While I was still standing. She was even talking about how much she HATED HER JOB!! not even whispering or anything to a customer at the counter. (I guess she knew them) then ANOTHER lady comes to clean off the table, her name was Icarus and she was the sweetest. I told her how embarrassed I was when we were yelled at. She did apologize but it didn’t take away from the action of that lady behind the counter yelling at us in front of everyone. Like I have not been that embarrassed in my life, for just simply standing there….

We came in, yeah they were a little busy. Which is fine, we waited there for 10 minutes for someone to take our order and ask what we wanted to drink. Another couple comes in and sits down and immediately gets service. They immediately get there drinks and their order for their food was placed. Meanwhile, no one had yet to even speak to us. Besides one lady who kept apologizing, but again never even bothered to take our order. Crappy service. The Waffle House at Myrtle beach was more packed then they were and still managed to have better service then this place.

The experience was amazing. Franco was my server: he masterfully took my order, gracefully brought waters to my table within the minute I entered the building, and brought my food out in under 5 minutes. He is the best server I’ve had at any restaurant period.
