Ive been going to waffle house at least 3 times a week the past 6 plus years. The entire staff that was present during March 3rd 2026 needs to be permanently removed. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken, there were only 5 other customers present. The entire staff was panicking and all over. They were arguing. The lady with a cast on shouldn’t be allowed around any other employees for the rest of her life. Completely unbearable. Never have I ever had an experience as bad as I did today at a restaurant. The tea provided was definitely expired. They didn’t bring all of my order, and they didn’t take my order correctly. Whenever I walked in, I was going to use the bathroom, but the door was locked. Vacant sign showing. No issue, I’ll just ask for the key. Whenever I went to ask, I stood at the register for 5 minutes watching the employees bicker over one another. And when I was finally adressed, they said “there is no key what are you talking about.” Completely rude staff. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS BUILDING!

This is a whole story so bare with me. I was having a really hard mental health day and something told me go to waffle house. Foods affordable, I like their coffee and it gets me out of the house. I get there and normally I sit by myself in the back, but today I walked right up to the counter. I was enthusiastically greeted by Lisa who asked me if I was going to hang out with her this morning and a smile instantly appeared on my face. I sat down and we began to talk, we only spoke a few paragraphs but it was the most profound conversation Ive had in a very long time. She healed apart of me that had been hurting so badly. Ive been thinking about her and this interaction for days and I cant wait to go back and spend more time with Lisa and the entire crew there. Best waffle house experience ever. 10/10 service!!!!

I know it’s Waffle House and having issues is expected but damn ….. every time I wake up wanting an All Star and come to this specific location the service is terrible ! Twice I have just left after sitting 20 minutes and not even being acknowledged as they walked by multiple times. But still I always try to come back and give them another chance… when I have actually been served the service is terrible. They never check back on you, half the food is missing or undercooked and takes an hour to get the missing items , no refills and just terrible attitudes overall. They act like you re bothering them by even coming in. Every single time I go here it is the same thing. Staff def needs some training in customer service.

We eat here all the time normally at night. Today was the first time I felt like I was bothering the server simply by ordering food. I believe the servers name was Shelby, We had to get our own straws she did not even offer one, she had to be reminded to make some of our food, i had to ask a different server for syrup and butter, she never refilled our drinks, at this point i just gave my ol man my drink so he could finish his food, the floor and other empty tables were left filthy. Never have I been so disappointed in this store.

Lisa was our server and kept bringing out the wrong items and was a little rude about it, she kept saying we never said we asked for certain things when she was the one who usually offered it. Kodey however was very helpful and kind the entire time and kept checking in on us. His hospitality was amazing!!

ugh. never have i ever had a bad experience with Waffle House BUT this one in particular was HORRIBLE. Food was a disgrace. Eggs were over scrambled. An infant could eat the amount of hash browns that were given to me. But hey, God is good.

Ordered takeout. Got home food was not good! Toast tasted old and was not really toasted. The scrambled eggs were horrible. They were cut up fried eggs that were over cooked. Just wasted money on food Im not eating!

We had the worse experience of our lives. This lady was extremely rude since the beginning and because my language barrier when I ordered my omelette I mistakenly asked for a “bacon, egg and cheese omelette”. This lady goes on to make fun of me telling the coworkers my mistake out loud and saying “doesn’t that throw you off?”. When the food came to our table me and my husband were so frustrated with the experience and how we were treated that I cried and requested boxes and to speak with the manager. The lady serving us (I believe was the own manager of the store) and after I asked if we had done anything wrong since she appeared okay when talking to the other employees (laughing and joking) but extremely rude when dealing with us started to be loud and saying that she has personal problems. We paid the check and left the establishment.

Today I went with my wife and we were attended by a super nice girl but then she had an emergency and needed more soda. I asked her partner Lisa and it turns out that she told me that not well in a bad way and it is not the first time that she goes out with bad attitudes in the end another kind waitress called Mia went and we finished attending and it was because she called us not because her partner Lisa asked for it because if it were for that lady she would still be there waiting for a soda.
