We had a Waffle House closer to where we were staying but decided on this location based on the previous reviews. The particular review that was left this morning concerning Lesley was great. Chloe was our server and she was great, we were a party of 7. John and Tiffany Mae were great as well. We will be back.

Our server Nike, great. The ONLY saving grace for this location. It took almost 45 minutes for 2 of our 3 meals to be served and both of those were delivered to our table about 15 minutes apart. I received my extra side of bacon about 15 minutes after I received my initial meal. Some of my bacon in my bowl was burnt, some half done. The third meal for our table arrived when my side of bacon did and it was burnt and was not what she ordered (it was dry, not smothered) ! I’ve eaten at many, many locations and it’s always been good. Definitely disappointed with this experience. Oh and when the manager came to our table she asked what the problem was. “How can I help you” probably would have been a better approach (just saying…).

It not really the 6:00 am to12:00pm morning crew that bad it night crew 5-9pm crew that bad. I am really disappointed in the no love care in my food I was rushed to hurry and my eggs were fried hard my waffle was to squishy like it got pulled out to fast my grits had no butter the waitress gave me honey not syrup gave A1 sauce for my steak when I ask for Heinz 57 like your wearing glasses can you see the bottle. I was going to tip but be fair the service was so bad I said they deserve no tip. I will my steak was good but I just wish they show customer more respect for we are will to spend to make sure they have more in their pockets. I will say this Waffle House better in the day not at night because that was horrible

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Waffle House location. I came in with my toddler and placed a very simple order , a 2-egg breakfast and one other item. After waiting for over an hour, we still hadn’t received our food. No one came to check on us or provide any update during that time.
When I finally asked the manager what was taking so long, she told me she never even received my order because the server failed to hand it over. That explained the delay, but it was incredibly frustrating to hear after sitting there with a hungry toddler for so long.
To make matters worse, the restaurant was not clean at all. Tables were sticky, and I saw staff touching their faces and even their noses, then handling food and plates without washing their hands. It was honestly uncomfortable and unhygienic.
At that point, we decided to leave without eating. What should have been a quick, simple breakfast turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. The lack of basic cleanliness, communication, and accountability was shocking.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable from start to finish. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness, staff training, and order handling. no customer should have to experience this.

Waffle House never disappoints! The service was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The food was just as amazing, cooked perfectly and full of flavor. You could really feel the love and hospitality from the moment I walked in until I left. It’s more than just a meal, it’s an experience of comfort and care. Definitely looking forward to going back!

Everything here is so, so good! The waffle’s fluffy, the grit is just right, the melt is great, and the potatoes are crispy! I mean everything! It’s just so good! The staffs are also friendly and the place is clean!
