I ordered to go food . 70 dollars worth of food from waffle house. First all they didnt start my food till i got there . I ordered online. 2nd of all, all my food was not in the bag . 3rd I ordered a cheese burger with bacon with everything on it . They gave me a burger with cheese, meat, and burnt bacon . No topping at all ! And then when i tried to call the restaurant you can no longer speak to anyone . You can’t get in touch with the people who owe me food . Now I either drive 20 mins to get my forgotten food or just say screw it and make pb & j .

I meant to comment, My wife and I stop by this waffle house every so often and we are always recognized by the overnight staff. We are always greeted with smiles and our drink orders are always memorized. We never have to wait long our food.We will continue to support this waffle house as long as the same staff is there.

Walked in and sat down, Noone even acknowledged we were there. Daughter went to the rest room and finally when she came back the waitress got up from her phone and walked over, still barely speaking. What I believe was the manager walked by and she didnt acknowledge us even after I smiled at her. All I’m saying is if two black girls sat in a restaurant where there were all white staff and they were greeted in such a manner everyone would loose their minds.

Nice morning for breakfast at the waffle house. Plenty of staff present. Food prepared in a timely manner. Customer service great, friendly and professional. Nice table window. Menu clean. It’s not an immaculate place, but clean. Some areas of improvement is noted. Enjoy the setting, atmosphere and plenty of natural light. Offer senior menu under $6.

Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 am, my wife and I stopped for the first time in this rather new Waffle House for breakfast. It was packed and very busy. While we waited for a table to clear, my wife and I both commented that we had never seen so many staff working behind the counter of a Waffle House, and we have eaten at many Waffle Houses across the US on tour. There must have been 8-10 team members standing shoulder to shoulder preparing food. And everyone was hustling, there wasn’t anyone just standing around doing nothing. As we were waiting for our table, we looked around the restaurant. It is the standard Waffle House layout with one big improvement. It seems the booths have more “belly” room than older Waffle House stores. That is a smart improvement considering the “growing” American population. In about 7 minutes the table busser cleared two chairs at the counter for us and we sat down and placed our order. Our server, though busy, was extremely friendly and professional. She took our order, got us coffee and away she went. We sat and watched the team working together like a well oiled machine. The Manager (?) was elbows deep in the work and calling out the tickets and keeping things organized. She also continually thanked her team and shouted out encouragement to them. I couldn’t figure out why they were cooking so much food as the entire grill was filled with a stack of more tickets. I then realized they had a huge number of phone-in orders. The sheer volume of orders called in for pickup made it a little slow getting tables in the restaurant served as they were cooking first orders in first orders out. But as I said, not one employee was slouching, they were all working hard and moving fast. Our food eventually arrived and we were not disappointed. We are huge Waffle House fans and this food was delicious. It was definitely worth the wait. And Kudos to the entire restaurant team, they worked hard! One recommendation I would make is to have the table busser during peak times to grab a coffee pot and refill cups, or refill other drinks to help out the servers. Other than that, I’d say the team did well. I highly recommend this location, and remember, thank the team for their hard work serving you. They do appreciate and deserve it. Thank you Waffle House team!

Love Waffle House and never ever had issues at any locations except this one. This was my second time going to this location. First time was not great because all the food was cold and we had a server with an attitude. But we decided to try it one more time hoping for a better experience .
Well the attitude greeted us at the door. One table was partially clean but near the bathrooms so I ask to sit in another booth instead. We were told by the cook that she had to get on the grill and could not clean the table right now. One of the servers said she would do it but we decided to just leave because I don’t want a person with an attitude cooking our food. I will never go to this restaurant again. Do better Waffle House your restaurants are legendary don’t let hiring people not right for the job ruin that.

Gina made our experiences so much better Everytime we come there. Kind funny, fast service, great personality, and on some occasions has cooked our food herself bc we had specific changes we like. And she took charge. We love our experiences there when she’s there.

It’s was for Jan 1st. Not bad wait 10-15 mins sat down waited 20 min for our food but it was worth. There’s always one waitress that always catches my eye. And this is in every waffle House I’ve gone too. Yesterday mt waitress was BAAAD!
