I’ve been eating Waffle House for 37 years and this is the WORST I’ve ever had!! My main love for Waffle House is the fact it’s always so consistent, no matter where you go. But this location is ruining that reputation. (Maybe it was an off day, not sure).
Half the restaurant was blocked off, no seating, only serving 3 tables.
After waiting for a table the menu was condensed to only a couple items (bowls only)
The server had a hard time taking a simple order, it was like she didn’t understand.
Once the food came, it was the plainest, non-seasoned, under cooked and missing the onions she specifically asked if I wanted and I said yes.
Waffle was gummy (under-cooked)
Cheesesteak TERRIBLE.
I forced myself to scarf some of it down since we would be paying for it but it made me slightly nauseous to eat and as soon as I got home, immediately had diarrhea.
Our check had an additional $5 charge that I still can’t figure out what for. But we paid it anyway just so we could end this unpleasant experience.
Safe to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. I’d rather drive further for better food and service.
(Best part about this place is the door greeter/ bus boy. He is a ray of sunshine. Positive attitude and genuinely happy. Keep this man, he’s the only thing going for the place).

This was hands down the WORST Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. The second we walked in, we were treated like we were a burden. No greeting, no smile, nothing. The staff made it VERY clear they did not want us there.
Customer service was nonexistent. They were swearing nonstop in front of families and kids, using foul language like it was normal. We literally heard them talking badly about customers and saying they “just wanted to get us out.” Are you serious??
On top of that, it was completely unprofessional. Employees were lifting up their shirts and exposing skin while working. That alone is disgusting in a restaurant. Then we watched them reuse gloves after handling money — taking cash out of the register and then going right back to touching food. That is beyond unsanitary. What’s the point of gloves if you’re not changing them?? They also took money out of the register and handed it to a customer who didn’t purchase anything.
It somehow got worse. Staff were asking customers if they could smoke with them and even asking if anyone had alcohol. That is INSANE behavior for people who are supposed to be working.
We felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and honestly grossed out the entire time. I will never come back to this location and I seriously question how it’s allowed to operate like this. Completely unacceptable.

Food was delicious, service was great. Place was not too busy when we arrived and they took our order right away and we didn’t have to wait too long for the food to be ready. Nice little place. We’ll be back fore sure. Just found out they have lettuce wrapped burger, that’s a big plus for me.

I don’t do reviews, ever. But I was so impressed with Waffle House on my Snow Day, I felt like I had to. If you’re the owner, hook your staff up w/ a bonus! Anthony met my buddy & I with a smile from the get-go. Brittni followed up w/ excellent service & even tweaked the small menu From snow. I was overjoyed to hear Anthony singing & meeting everyone w/ a smile. At the same time Brittni is managing numerous tables at once. 10/10 best snow day Waffle House experience. If no one else tells you, keep up the great work!!!

WHAT??? I have frequented Waffle House in all the States that have them, including our local Rock Hill SC ones. Breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly, even conversational. NEVER have I experienced such a crazy place! We were at this location to have lunch with friends that were passing through from Florida to Canada.
After sitting for minutes, we asked for menus. The server threw 2 menus on the table…there were 5 of us. She asked no questions about beverages or such…just left. When she returned, she took our orders along with beverages. Then she placed 7 sets of utensils for the 5 of us. The beverages came after the meals were served.
The worst of this smile-less interaction was the goings-on on the other side of the counter. Our server, the cook and the manager were continuously arguing and yelling at each other. Our friend asked them if this was a bad time and whether we should come back in 20 minutes. They ignored him and kept arguing. I just had to give a $2 tip for the entertainment. WOW!

Not terrible but very close to it! We get there, the guy behind the counter/cook was super friendly! The girl serving us, was ALL OVER THE PLACE! We got the food and coffee at the same time (no cream, no utensils)! We had to ask for it!

I asked for a Sprite ( had to remind 5m after, once again she forgot)! I mean if you don’t have your head on the job, don’t work at all!

Happy Thanksgiving weekend . Since I didn’t really celebrate turkey day or cook I woke up Starving at 5 am . So this is the 1st time ever had delivery and baby let me tell you. This was a gift from heaven I ordered so much even though I can’t eat it all at once . Pecan waffles, grits w/cheese 3 scrambled eggs soft with cheese , T bone steak , chicken sausage & hasbrowns with onions . When I say Chefa kiss it was amazing. Here’s to the cook and it was delivered by Grubhub and she was Awesome

Yes, I am a regular. But it is only because of how amazing everyone is! When I first came here, years ago. A woman was not the kindest, and I responded with nothing but my usual personality, and tipped her accordingly to her attitude. But she no longer works there, and everyone that works at that location now are amazing people!
I dine in every time! And yes, they are ALWAYS OPEN! I know some W.H. do to-gos only later in the night, BUT THEY STAY GRINDING!!!!
I would say I am a customer with a difficult order, due to my dietary restrictions. And they have even memorized my order from being there so much. They greet everyone that comes in, says good by, and even asks where my friends are when I usually go with a group, because I promote this place so much! GIVE THESE PEOPLE RAISES! ALL THE PRAISES! ALL THE TIPS! ლ(^o^ლ)

I didn’t realize how good the service was here, til I just ate at the one on Westinghouse that had terrible service.
Got all the food I ordered, plenty of coffee refills, and didn’t have any problems with service, despite it being busy.
