Great food, great service. I had a wonderful waitress and there was a waiter at the other side of the restaurant that I could hear , you could tell he was dealing with some regulars and he seemed very genuine. I enjoyed the comfortable genuine atmosphere from all of the staff, everyone spoke to everyone that came in when I was there. It was nice to dine where you didn’t sense any tension from staff like they enjoyed being there.

I went in this place on a late night around Christmas time first off. The service was good when we walked in. They were friendly, happy and smiling. All my food was good except the steak was pretty tasteless. Other than that overall it was a nice early morning dining experience. They heard me playing Christmas music on my little headphones. They went over to the jukebox put some money in and play Christmas music for everyone and we all started singing. I let them know that it was cold and they turned on the heat for me. This was a great staff that night.

We walked in to sit and eat had to wait which is fine. But then the lower bar would be open I have a toddler so she would sit on my lap. But then a single guy walks in they offer him the lower bar or high bar so we were going to have to wait even longer. There worker Jennifer wanted to run her mouth to me talking telling me I’ve worked here for years you can sit at the high bar I was like with a toddler that is unsafe! I would rather of had the lower bar we were waiting for you to clean it off a couple just left. She then kept running her mouth I asked for a manager she kept running her mouth. I said if you think you will have a job you won’t I don’t understand when a company allows there employees to argue with customers when I asked a simple question when she came at me with an attitude and started laughing and making an excuse up about well dishes will be there I said your dishes are near the high bar not the low bar. Then they said well we can ask the guy to move I said no she should of never offered him that spot period if she knew how to do her job she should of thought about the people waiting who had children toddler at that the manager was polite asked the guy to move but she kept talking and I told the manager I’ll never be back ever again because of her I looked straight in her face and told her you enjoy today because come Monday you won’t have a job I am contacting corporate.

My family and I ate here many times in the past. Today there was a wait, but it wasn’t too long. Our server, Melinda, was amazing! She was very nice and attentive. She kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. She asked us if we were enjoying our food. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast and I hope you get Melinda as your server.

Always good food and coffee. Service is usually good. Sometimes there is a wait but it’s worth it. The main man behind the line is very good at his job. He’s got the rockstar shirt on. Fast and efficient. We come here all the time. I highly recommend stopping by this location for sure. We will be back!!

Service was absolutely amazing! Our server Heather was the best, she greeted us with a smile, and had us laughing our entire visit. The cook Tate cooked our food to the T, and did it very fast. Great team work. We will definitely be back.

The food is really good if the cook is there is good but they are certain cooks and waitresses that work together that are terrible that need to be let go. I watched them mop and sling water up and it went up on the food to go orders and they was giggling about it. I thought to myself I wish I knew who was getting that order so I could tell them.. you have to make sure everything is right after you tell them 20 times what you want in the go bag. The other crew when I’ve eaten there is awesome… From now on I’m going to pull up and see who’s working before I even go in and make a order again.

I work in Lincolnton and every so often I’ll order food online in the mornings before work , they make my food super fast so it’s ready when I get there, customer service is amazing everyone is very sweet and greets me when I come in and when I leave!! This location is definitely my go to , they are amazing!!!
