This was my first time going to Waffle House in several years, and it was fantastic! I ordered a sausage Texas breakfast melt with hashbrowns and a coffee, which turned out to be delicious. The waitress was incredible and very attentive despite having a lot of other customers at the same time.

I came to eat a late dinner here tonight and had a great experience. My server (can’t remember his name) was very friendly and attentive. My blueberry pancake was delicious and my bacon was cooked perfectly. Everyone on staff was friendly and great! Five stars!!

We flooded the cook with orders, people kept coming!!! Everything was closed and snowed in. She knocked them out of the park. Somehow she remembered orders being called out to her. I mean, we really challenged her. We sure are greatful she’s very energetic, multitasking and consistent. Thanks lady cook! You were definitely appreciated. We visited from AZ and had no groceries to make lol

This was amazing. I love this place so much. Ill eat here forever. Waffle house is the best place ever. Plus theres a cute girl here so thats a plus btw this is a cheesesteak hashbrown bowl with onions jalapenos muchrooms bacon and sausge. I just love it so much. Who cares if its unhealthy lol 15 bucks and yourll never have to worry about being hungry when you leave. I wish i could vote more than 5 stars.

Back in November my brother and I stopped here on our cross country road trip because I wanted to try Waffle House. We went at 1am. I think the whole time we were there maybe 2 other people came in to eat. There were 3 staff members. An older gentleman, a woman I wanna say in her late 20s who had kids and worked 3 jobs, and a girl who I want to say was named Zena or at least something similar to that. My brother and I spent around an hour there talking to them about their lives and it was really eye opening to hear about coming from someone who grew up in Western Washington. Their struggles were things I could never imagine and yet my mom raised me and my 2 siblings alone for 4 years and was better off financially. These people work for a couple bucks an hour and have to hope for tips. In Washington the same job would be 15 an hour plus tips. Listening to Zena was really my best/worst memory from my trip. She deserves a lot better than what she’s struggling with. I’m not 100% certain this was the Waffle House we ate at, but I know it was one in Kannapolis. If someone knows who I’m talking about or if Zena herself sees this. I just want her to know she truly impacted how I view the world. You are incredibly kind and I hope you’re able to get out of this part of your life and move on to the things I could tell you were capable of.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We had a small group of 3 come in for a late dinner a little before 9 PM and there were only 6 other customers at the bar and in one other booth. We thought we would have a pleasant experience but it started when we weren’t greeted when we walked in by the 5 employees we saw behind the counter. We sat down in a booth and waited for 15 minutes. No one walked over to us or acknowledged us while we waited. The employees proceeded to take the order of the people at the bar and then made their drinks and food while they continued to ignore us. After we had enough waiting around we got up and left (while still not being acknowledged) to a much nicer and well staffed Waffle House close by. If you are looking for a good experience, skip this Waffle House completely so you don’t waste your valuable time, because the employees who work there clearly don’t value you as a customer.

When I say food service is hit’n this am!! All the ladies work as one, to get it done Elizabeth and Eupr (don’t think I spelled right) banging out the yummy food… waitress on point getting drinks mayo and pickels and chili for me!!! Could t ask for more perfection lisa fast and friendly come to this location!!!!!! Also happy birthday Kira who’s working on her bday!!!
