Omelette was burned. Two of us but I finished before my companion was served. No spoon for coffee, took forever to get the waitress’ attention to get butter and syrup for waffle. Toast was brought after we were nearly finished and no jelly so I reached around and got it myself. Not a great meal at Waffle House.

This Waffle House is a great spot to eat at! I stopped by on a Saturday morning for breakfast and really enjoyed my meal. The staff looked happy to be there and working, which added to the good vibes.

I ordered the cheesesteak hash brown bowl and a cup of coffee to start my day — both hit the spot. I would definitely come back to this location again. Solid service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Visit this specific location from out of two. Me and my family was staying at great wolf lodge and it’s right across the street. I walked in and did a to-go order of just an All Star Special. I think the girl Ary must’ve forgot to tell the cooks my order. Even when I walked up and checked on my order she had to did through receipts and asked the cooks. They looked confused. I think all this was mishandled. I waited almost 30 mins and a few people received their food before me even after walking in after me. I usually don’t even like Waffle House because the quality of the food isn’t that great to me but it was something close by. After Al that, I wasn’t even hungry anymore. I will NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

RE: Customer Service, Sanitation & Food Safety Concerns – Breakfast Visit
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally share concerns regarding my breakfast visit this morning at one of your Waffle House locations. My intention is to provide constructive feedback so these matters can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
1. Sanitation Concern – Dishwashing Area
While seated at the counter, dishwater from an employee washing dishes splashed onto me. Although accidental, it occurred in close proximity to my food and was uncomfortable.
Additionally, dishes were being handled and stacked loudly directly behind the counter area. The proximity to customers and overall environment made the experience feel less sanitary and less enjoyable.
2. Seating Interaction
After noticing an available booth, I asked if I could move. I was told by another employee that next time I should wait for a booth instead of sitting at the counter because it was in a different section. This response felt unnecessary and not customer-focused, particularly given the sanitation concern.
3. Service & Attentiveness
After relocating, my table was wiped; however, I was not greeted. My waitress walked past me several times without asking if I needed anything. I waited long enough that my food became cold before I was checked on again.
4. Food Safety & Cross-Contamination Observations
During my visit, I observed:
Two employees working near food preparation areas without hair restraints.
One employee walking around using a cell phone while also handling plates.
Gloves being used to touch countertops and other surfaces and then used to handle customer plates containing prepared food.
An employee with long artificial nails directly handling plates near prepared food. Long nails in close proximity to food may present sanitation concerns and may not align with standard food handling best practices.
These observations raised concerns regarding adherence to food safety and cross-contamination protocols.
5. Guest Flow & Organization
There also appeared to be little organization regarding guests entering the restaurant. Customers were coming in without clear acknowledgment, direction, or communication about who was next to be seated. There did not seem to be a defined process for greeting or managing incoming guests, which contributed to a sense of disorganization.
6. Management Oversight
The above behaviors were occurring openly, and no one appeared to intervene or correct them. It was unclear whether active supervisory oversight was present during this shift.
7. Overall Customer Engagement
There appeared to be very little friendliness or positive engagement toward customers during my visit. With the exception of one employee who seemed more pleasant, there was minimal greeting, eye contact, or welcoming interaction from staff. The overall atmosphere felt transactional rather than hospitable.
I understand that busy shifts can be demanding; however, sanitation, professionalism, attentiveness, guest coordination, and supervisory oversight are essential in maintaining customer trust and brand reputation.
I hope this feedback is reviewed seriously and used as an opportunity to reinforce service and food safety expectations at this location. I would appreciate acknowledgment that this matter has been received and reviewed.

I would just like to commend the server Darren, while the two cooks were sitting down on Their phones he was multitasking on orders and cooking . I asked him what about the two other people sitting down . It’s after hours why were they not ready for the crowd ?? And fyi there was no crowd my friend and I were the only ones waiting to order for 30 minutes . In the picture they sitting down , my friend still hasn’t placed the order because the server had to multitask !

I need a breakdown of how they calculate your total, because each time I’ve dined here, the total is always different. Last Sunday, December 28th, I dined in and the total, before tip, was $15. I tipped $5. Today, I ordered the same All-Star, but to go. The total was $18. I am aware of the sign that says all to-go orders will automatically be charged a 20% fee. On their menu, the All Star special is $12. 20% of $12 is $2.40, so my total should’ve been approx $14.40. Where did they get $18??? Like I said they make up a new price every time I come. This may be my last visit.

Older lady with burgundy locs was very disrespectful to her fellow coworkers, and it made my experience really uncomfortable. I normally love a good Waffle House and enjoy the atmosphere and food, but this visit wasn’t pleasant because of the negativity I witnessed.

They tried to rob me and charge my card twice. I went to pay for my meal they said my card was declined. I asked them to show me the receipt that printed out after they ran my card. They refused. I asked them to show me my receipt again stating my card was declined they then said it wasn’t and it went through. I knew it did because I checked my bank account during the interaction knowing it wouldn’t have been declined. The transaction went through. Be careful here. They also tried to over charge my meal which I asked about but they tried to gaslight me saying the receipt didn’t say exactly what was written down. They were too busy paying attention to themselves and being thieves than their job.

Went here on 10/08/2025 after a concert, so it was late and really packed. There were only 3 total staff members (Cook, Cashier, & Waitress) handling the crowd & take-out orders, but they were locked in, friendly, & worked together. They really did a great job especially being under staffed. Food service workers don’t get enough credit many times. We didn’t mind doubling up on the gratuity that night.
