What made this into a 5 star was our waitress. She had a blunt personality with some sass and charisma. I got the chicken melt hash brown bowl. It was cooked well.

***DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
I don’t think we’ll ever be returning to this location! I placed an online order for 2× two egg breakfast plates with bacon. I paid extra for my hash browns to be smothered in onions (there were no onions). I asked for a Biscuit (got toast). This is definitely not two eggs either (maybe ONE).
IF it wasn’t enough to have my order completely BOTCHED, three customer service was DISGUSTING! When i went inside to get my order, I stood there for 5 minutes waiting while several employees were directly in front of me but not one of them bothered to acknowledge me (one was an “operations person named JONATHAN, another had RA on her name tag, the others had no name tag). I am so angry I was charged extra for toppings I didn’t get and I got the wrong sides but when you try to call the place all you get is a recording??? VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF THERE! I will say the young man that greets people at the door was very friendly and curtious. He was wearing glasses but I didn’t see his name

Good was perfectly aligned with any waffle house which is why I went: I know what to expect.
Service was lackluster. Staff (of two) was staring at phones rather than tidying up it refilling coffee for the one patron (me).

Not worth it. GO TO DENNYS 6 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD!!!!! From when I pulled into the parking lot the girl inside was staring at me and she stared at me up until I sat down. The only clean place to sit was at the stand so I sat down and there was already a menu there so she didn’t speak to me., She then came up maybe 5 minutes later with a paper in her hand and just stared at me so I placed my order and waited for 25 minutes before leaving. No silverware, no drinks were served after I gave her my order. There was another boy working with her and he stepped out to smoke, the entire time he was outside she kept saying “I don’t know where he’s at but he needs to come clean off these tables and cook these people food” she then started cleaning food off the counter with the fork in the picture and still used that fork to pick up peoples waffles and serve them. He came in maybe 10 minutes later and put my order on a plate. I had ordered the Chicken sandwich with hash browns the only thing on the plate were my hash browns (which were burnt) and then my chicken. I left when I saw that it was the only 2 on the plate and he hadn’t even started cooking my bacon yet. By the time I got my food my food had been sitting out so long that my burnt food was cold. I got up and left and went straight to Dennys 6 minutes down the road 10/10 service at dennys.

Ordered the usual.My bacon was black, grandson’s blueberry waffle made thicker than usual which took 20 mins to cook when there was no other customers but the 2 of us.I had my food and finally had to ask about his.They forgot to cook it cause they were too busy talking and in cell phone
I asked for whipped cream for his waffle without even looking.we dont have any.Then the cook starts eating and then starts cooking again without washing here hands.Not the usual staff as when we have gone before.No need to say anything to them about it cause hello attitudes.so just pay and leave

This was my ham and cheese omelette. I order the same thing every time i go to Waffle House(first visit at this location), regardless of location. This thing was an absolute joke. Got half the hashbrowns I’m accustomed to getting and my toast was cold. Really disappointed. I usually enjoy my WH visits. Hopefully this was just a rare day.

The food was very good. But as in as eating I saw a rat in parking lot. Neworgen rats it could come from. The vacant building but he came off grass area. I was running. And I don’t wanna say waffle house hs rats hope not the food and waiter was very good. But place little dirty.

Staff is very friendly! I was greeted with a GOOD MORNING from all the staff! Food did not disappoint! Ordered 2 bacon, egg n chz sandwiches on Texas toast, done perfect, bread wasn’t soggy or greasy. Hashbrowns were nice and crispy on the outside, and not greasy, boasted the 2 grandkids that had them!
Ordered the strawberry shortcake waffle, grandson loved it! When the kids love the food you know it’s a big hit!!!
