The staff was very nice. The place was immaculate and and clean! In fact, cleaner than most five star restaurants in the food was flavorful and delicious as well as perfectly cooked. Waffle House provides the best cuisine hands down. When I dine in, the service is usually quick. The personnel are really nice. The All-Star special is my favorite dinner; it’s usually great. Every time I dine here, I thoroughly enjoy my food. I can’t fail to say how tasty and fresh the coffee is. I wholeheartedly suggest this location!

Service was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, there were no drink refills. The manager was out on the floor complaining about a situation he was dealing with. There were ants crawling all over the booth in the back. The waffle arrived well before all the other food and was very under done and doughy. The grill op had on gloves but didn’t wash hands before putting them on and also had his phone out in hand while on the grill without changing or washing hands between. Lastly and probably worst, the scrambled eggs had a large piece of shell in them that I unfortunately didn’t see til I was chewing it. Overall disappointing. But still not the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

pretty busy on a Saturday morning. However, my son and I found two seats up at the bar and enjoy the wonderful time together. The food and service are always great. We both enjoyed some waffles and eggs with grits and sausage.

The food is typically diner type. My food rating is based on the temperature and cooked egg condition. Grits were luke warm and over easy eggs undercooked. Service was great! Atmosphere was typically diner like and had the aged look and feel, but tables and seats were clean.

What AMAZING customer service. We arrived in the area about 3:15 am and we were hungry. It was the only location open. We were greeted with a smile and hardy welcome from the server and the cook. They were so attentive to my needs. I shared of my egg allergy and pork allergy. He made sure no other items were prepared with mine. Very seldom are people mindful. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the service I received during my most recent visit to the Wake Forest Waffle House location. As a frequent customer who lives nearby, I have always chosen this location for convenience, but my latest experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
Upon placing my order, I asked for light butter on my toast. Instead of acknowledging my request professionally, my server laughed while relaying it to the cook. I then overheard one of them mutter a curse directed at me under their breath. When my food arrived, not only was there no butter on my toast at all, but the toast itself was cold. I politely requested another order of toast, but once again, my request was met with laughter and dismissive behavior from the staff.
This type of conduct is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and makes customers feel unsafe and unwelcome. As someone who has visited this location many times in the past, I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received. No customer should ever feel mocked or ridiculed for simply placing an order.
I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that no other guests have to experience such treatment in the future.

Today was a long hard day as we had an emergency with our dog and had to get her emergency attention on a Saturday after hours!! As you can imagine it was very stressful and very expensive and we were very worn out but thankful that our girl was breathing on her own again!
We had a whole pile of fresh NY Strips we just bought but I was in nooo mood for cooking so my husband said let me get you some Comfort Food from Waffle House!! I was relieved that he had a plan and readily agreed!!
A while after he left he called me to say it would take longer than expected because he’d stopped at the store in Youngsville and the people he spoke with seemed incompetent so he decided to drive back to Wake Forest and try that one instead. Ok all good with me! I’m just thankful we’re gonna get to eat before it officially becomes Sunday morning! Haha
He arrived home some time later and said “I’m not sure if I remembered to ask for your waffles well done.” I was still fine with that. I said ok…I’ll just pop them in the toaster. After all how many restaurants are open this late anyway?!?
I’ll let the pictures do the talking on this one. I was given this amount of syrup for FOUR WAFFLES!!! And Yesss…that is RAW Batter you’re seeing around the edges!!! On ALL of them!!! HOW high do you have to be to give your customer partially cooked food to eat??? That’s actually DANGEROUS!!!
Sooo I tried to call the place but they just have a message that repeats over and over saying “Please go online to place an order there. We no longer accept orders over the phone.”
Okkk…so how do I at least get a refund?!? This is so ridiculous I’ve been laughing over and over. I’ve traveled alllllll over the US y’all!!! And I’ve never gotten anything this messed up at a Waffle House in my LIFE!!! In fact I’ve come across some of the best most impressive cooks at Waffle House…like Grill Masters for real!!

I have no idea why I continue to order at this location. Every single time they mess it up. When you order it says it will take 8-10 minutes. Knowing Waffle House I understand that it can be unpredictable though so I always allow extra time just in case. However every single time, even waiting 20 minutes before arriving, I have to sit around and wait an extra 30 minutes once I’m there since they rarely actually start it on time.
This last experience was definitely the final straw though as I ordered online and waited 30 minutes before arriving. When I arrived it was completely empty so I was hopeful. But nope, when I came in they told me they had given away my order to someone else. Having worked in food service, I try to be understanding and say “it’s fine” and sit and wait. They offered me a free waffle since they messed up and I was grateful and accepted since this has happened MULTIPLE times. After about 10 minutes they apologize and hand me my order. Not only did they not give me a free waffle like mentioned, they’re also missing one of my items. So back in I go as I sit and wait. 5 more minutes later and the sandwich is ready. Only good side of ordering from this Waffle House is your food will always be warm because they will never have it made on time or correctly. Don’t order online, they literally don’t know how to handle it. If you want it done close to right and at a decent time, just go in.
