Breakfast mid morning. You can’t go wrong with the All Star breakfast. My eggs were over easy as ordered with firm yet tender bacon, hashbrowns with onions, waffle and toast. Very delicious. My friend got the same breakfast. Differences included perfectly grilled ham for the meat and grilled/buttered biscuits on both sides. We left very satisfied.

Have lived on Cleveland road for the past 9 years, finally decided to try this Waffle House and I’ll probably wait another 9.. or maybe atleast morning shift. Went to eat there on a Monday at 8PM. One other table was occupied, waited about 10 minutes before sever came up to us. Ordered 2 waffles, hashbrowns and sausage. Hash browns and sausage was good, however we got them 5 minutes before our waffles. 1st waffle was half cooked (still gooey in the center), 2nd waffle was perfect. Sent mine back and proceeded to watch the sever make 4-5 attempts to make the waffle and try to get it out of the waffle maker. I got tired of it, paid and left.

Came here about 4 am December 17th
The girl cooking the food did amazing and was very nice
But the skinny guy (I’m assuming the manager due to wearing a black shirt and how he was bossing around the poor girl on the grill) his service was awful. We sat down and the grill girl came over and got our drink order and greeted us because he couldn’t be bothered to stop buttering bread? But he could tell her to stop cleaning to come greet us.
She was very nice, no complaints about her. She took our drink order and we asked for a second before we ordered food.
He finally gets up and comes and takes our food order, he puts it in.
Food comes out great (thanks to the girl not him)
But he didn’t bring butter with the waffle, so we asked for it AND HE SIGHED before going to get it.
After bringing our food he didn’t come back over to us at all even tho we were literally the only people there, he just ate and scrolled on his phone. And he only acted somewhat nice when it was time for us to pay, hoping for a tip I guess, which he didn’t get.
Other things that are really important to note here
1. He kept placing his hand very low on that girls back/sides and standing really close to her and she seemed very uncomfortable
2. He also couldn’t stop himself from complaining very loudly about how he hates some girl they work with named Joella(?) and how she can’t do anything right.

Went to this waffle house today by far the worst experience ever. First of all, I think our waitress was high on something. Also, the people that were cooking were not interested in cleanliness one guy had on gloves, but the fingers were out of them. He finally did change them. He Was working on plates to go he would lean up to get something and his shirt was all in the food that was on the plate. Our bacon was burnt. The grits were so cold. It would not melt the cheese that was in them. Got the check the prices on the check was not the prices on the menu. This is the third time we have been to a waffle house where the service was poor. This was our first experience at this particular waffle house, and needless to say our last.

Tiffany and Wanda were great. They both have great personalities. I had an issue with my food and they had it corrected right away. Wanda checked in on us made sure we were good. Her smile was infectious.

This might have been those most uncomfortable I’ve ever been while eating somewhere. The food was fine, but the atmosphere was TENSE. Idk her name, but I think she was the manager (pink camouflage Waffle House visor.). Idk what happened prior to my arriving- but I can tell you this lady was PISSED and should not have been facing customers. I first sat, nobody said anything to me. Despite the fact that I was at the counter top and she was literally right in front of me, she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I sat there for a minimum of 5 minutes before the waitress came out, stating she had been in the bathroom and that she told everyone, with the manager loudly yelling back that nobody knew and she didn’t tell anyone. Anyway… the waitress was extremely nice, got our drinks right away and menus, order came out quickly. But the ENTIRE time… the woman in the visor was bitching. At employees, talking to herself about how done she was and over it. Again, idk what happened before I came in- but everyone seemed on edge. It wasn’t super busy, but tables were walking out. I heard my waitress tell her “those people waiting just walked out” and she said “I don’t care”. The whole time this woman was making her misery very apparent. She should not have been there. People don’t expect perfection, especially at Waffle House, but if you’re unable to be professional- you need to at least remove yourself from being front facing with customers. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

What a bummer. This Waffle House is just not great the service was terrible. We were seated at a dirty table and the waitress acted mad that she had to “clean” it with a dry rag. Everyone inside was complaining about who had missed what shifts and I don’t know if that what the issue was, but the waitress was distracted. She was sitting doing something unrelated for most of the time we were there. She spoke to us twice- to get our order and to give us our check. No refills were offered on coffee. Biscuit was burned. Waited a loooong time for our check. What a disappointment.

We went to this Waffle House for the first time in more then a year. It was midnight on a Friday and NO ONE was there and the place was empty. The food was pretty good, the service was lax and the place was nasty.
This was not a “we’ve been busy and haven’t had a chance to clean”. I know that because the place was empty and no one was cleaning. The cook sat down and went through his phone, the tables were not cleaned the whole time we were there. The floors were nasty. Oh and almost the entire time the waitress and cook complained about things “not being their job”, “management has to be nice because they need workers”…it was ridiculous!
It’ll be a year or two before we try this location again.

This store sucks. Had to walk out because cook could not get my eggs right. Plus with only three people there it took them 30 minutes to get my food. They never acknowledged me when I walked in either. Sat for 10 minutes before waitress came to me.
