Yes my wife and I has eaten here Tuesday around 1pm,and we ordered 2 t/bone steaks,egg and cheese,grits,extra toast.we asked for the steaks to be medium well,but the meat looked juicy which they give you first,for mine to come out well done and dry. ,.for the amount of money spent here which was over $40 dollars u would think that they would cook your food right and to have better quality meat to serve u for that price.it was a hassle to fix my order so I didn’t want them to fix me a special order if u know what I mean.didnt come there to pay them to make me sick.so I just eat what was given to me, paid our bill,and left.will not return. Waffle house is know to have good food, just not that day or location.

Dirty trash over flowing behind counter. Did not see the cook clean his station. Employees more involved in their conversation than cleaning restaurant and service. Received plastics utensils to eat with when there were clean utensils. No one cleaned tables off. Food was cold, waffle under cooked and bacon tasted nasty. They were not busy. Very disappointing. Do better with your staff.

PJ was great, it was busy and he held it down. Manager lady walking around doing a whole lot of nothing, PJ was friendly and doing his best to attend to us. Even though he was busy he never gave attitude and told everyone to have a blessed day. Only knocked down a star because one time I did a carry out order and they messed up my burger and forgot my chocolate chip waffle. Also because of the business the line cook did burn all our bacon and waffles, but I get it he too was trying his best.

DO NOT DRINK THE APPLE JUICE. Went today with my friend who got apple juice and it has been expired since January of 2025!! It’s now November?! She had already drank it before we realized. Server didn’t really care about it which my friend and I are both servers and this is so ridiculous. He got our order wrong too. I wonder what else is expired.

I didn’t even make it to ordering. I’ve been to this Waffle House before so I know what “Waffle House service” is supposed to feel like — a little chaotic, a little greasy, everybody kind of yelling but in a friendly way.
This was not that.
I walked in, said hello, and the way I was talked to was so rude and dismissive that I just turned around and left. No “we’ll be right with you,” no “give us a minute,” just attitude like I was bothering them by… coming to the restaurant.
Meanwhile other people were getting normal service, so it felt real selective.
If your customer walks out before even ordering at WAFFLE HOUSE of all places, that’s not a “busy night,” that’s a staff problem.

Waited for a seat and seated ourselves (as it says on the poster “rules” in the front window). Was told to get out of the booth so they could clean off the table. We got out and went back to our “waiting seats” and heard the waitress tell the young busboy to “take his time with the cleaning”. He proceeded to “clean” the booth over and over and not remove any dishes. Eventually we got up and left. So stinking rude!!! Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Manager was disrespectful does not know how to talk to customers and did not allow us to sit with our family that was already there. Other server was extremely nice and respectful and explained what was going on and apologized but the manager/supervisor/leader is horrible and disrespectful and needs training.. could have been handled a lot better.

Choose another location! Fuquay location waitress sticking tongue out at my husband? Another waitress interrupted a conversation between husband and wife ( inserting herself?) Rude! Disrespectful! My husband and I had some early starts this week and decided to have 7 am breakfast at the Waffle House in Fuquay Varina.
I had the country ham (it’s not on the menu, you got to ask for it) with toast, eggs and grits.
My husband had hash browns with all the toppings, a side of loose scramble and bacon. Two coffees and two orange juices.
Good diner breakfast with a very pleasant server.
