I went to a waffle house in Kentucky recently while traveling and I couldn’t believe how awful the food was. I complained to corporate and they sent me a credit to use which I recently did at this waffle house in Benson. It was so good and what a huge difference between this one and the one in Kentucky. Like night and day. I highly recommend this location. Service was great along with all the food.

We went waited 15 min to sit took another 15 to take the order. We sat down took our order server was nice and pleasant but never got the drinks after another 15 min she walked over and said she was leaving but someone would take over about another 5 min everyone as workers walked out turned everything off so we left.

The food was ok but not what I am used to from Waffle house and I love Waffle house. We had to wait some time to be serviced. It made us feel as if we were bothering them by placing an order. Towards end of visit they warmed up to us.

I am one who every now and then enjoys Waffle House breakfast. My family and I stopped here on 11/9/2025 for breakfast on our way back home to Virginia. Our server, Star, was the best. She was nice, friendly and hardworking!

The service was terrible and so was the food. The food was not worth eating.
When I ask for the manager she came out the server stood beside her as to intimidate someone. Saying I am not going any where, complain all you want I am here now and I will be here tomorrow. That is the last time we will go to eat at the Benson Waffle Housem

I can’t complain one bit. It was a little hectic for the staff, so a little slow getting my order out, but it was hot and perfectly cooked. Eggs over easy, were over easy. Hash browns extra crispy, were extra crispy tender in the middle, and not burnt. I’ll take slow and accurate any day over fast and wrong.
My server was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and neither overbearing nor intrusive. She kept every area she passed clean, and was quick to refill my drink as well as those of the others she was serving.
Was glad to get a good hot breakfast for dinner meal here after driving 8 hours, with another 2 to go. Will stop again if passing through again.

Made an online order waited an 1hr & half & women on duty said that she “didn’t know what happen to the orders” then proceeded to say “oh that’s my bad I didn’t call out the online orders”. It was 4 of us waiting for our online orders we asked for a refund & left. Whoever manages this location

Just off I-95 South near Benson NC, we stopped to have lunch. Friendly waitress and the place was clean. Ordered the Steak and Cheese Bowl. Was disappointed that the meat was “steakums”and the cheese melted into a solid instead of creamy. Will not order again.
