Just went here for valentine’s day. we jokingly drove 45 minutes to the waffle House just for the Valentine’s Day experience and boy did we get it. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and the fact that the tables were dressed up was everything!!!

Stopped by this Waffle House in Pittsboro really to use the restroom and it was so clean and inviting, I stayed for breakfast. Such a great atmosphere, staff, customers interacting really enjoyable breakfast… way to start off the rest of your day!
About to get on with my day… a man and his daughter walked in, man sat his daughter on the stool at the center and trusted the staff to watch them while his used the restroom. Yeah, seems like a good place for breakfast!

We hadn’t been to a Waffle House in years but it was the perfect spot for our jet lagged needs. It was so early that we were literally the only diners there. Right off the bat the server/cook took our order and told me if I waited a moment she would make me a fresh pot of coffee – right there I knew we were being well cared for by a jack-of-all-trades. She cooked our food perfectly, and was attentive to our needs. We all truly enjoyed our meals. Portions were generous & we even had leftovers. Will definitely put this Waffle House into our breakfast rotation.

They were very crowded this am for breakfast but had a man helping seat people which was very helpful. Our waiter was very nice and kept our glasses filled. The food was very good and cooked as ordered.

We ordered from waffle house this morning and of course they forgot to give the whole order. Which isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Went back to get the rest of my order and there was tons of excuses like “ I put it both of the bag on the side of the register .” What they didn’t realize is that the person that picked up the order said the order was handed to them after the staff looked at the receipt and gave them one bag. The manager even went so far as to say it’s the customers responsibility to review their order. They were extremely combative. When I proceeded to take the manager to the side and explain to him that making excuses and being combative was not necessary. All he had to do is say I’m sorry and give me my food. He continued to be combative and passive aggressive with me saying “I’m smiling and saying sorry”. Now let’s get to the food since I had to go back and get the items that was left off. Of course the food that I received initially was cold. I also had to return the grits because they were lumpy and the toast was burnt poor service poor customer service, and poor management service.

Went with a friend for breakfast today at 9am. Was the worst place ever in all areas. No one greeted us when we entered. It appeared like a group of cooks and waitresses that were completely clueless.. The waitress was the worst.She asked if we needed silverware. We simply ordered waffles with bacon. Food was cold..Will definitely not suggest this location to go to. Again, was the worst in all categories..
Management should take some serious action to improve this location.

It’s a nice waffle house, took a little long to get our order in and food. Waffles are subjective, personally I like Belgian waffles that are fluffy and airy on the inside but a little crispy on the outside. These waffles are things and mushy dough, but to each his own. The eggs and bacon and hashbrowns are good.

The staff were so friendly to me and my family and the food was great. My 2 year old especially enjoyed the waffle and the attention the staff showed him while he wore his little paper widge waffle house hat. Definitely a great location if you’re looking for some place quiet, friendly, with very good food that’s budget friendly, and family oriented. We will definitely be returning to this location.

I placed my order with the rest of my party and never received it. About 30 mins passed, when we asked about when I would receive my order I just got told multiple times it was almost coming out just to keep on waiting for nothing. Honestly was the worst experience specially seeing the staff just mumbling.

Terrible service. I came in and the table was dirty. A very rude lady told me to wait for it to be cleaned before sitting. I waited 10 minutes while other people walked in and were seated and served. Everyone looked around like they did not want to help clean the table and allow me to sit. I will never come back here, and I hope management and corporate do a better job.
