Great food! Service was so so but she was young and I’m pretty sure new so….had to ask twice for something a couple times and the cook was telling her the wrong way to do things. (I was a waitress for 15 yrs). But hopefully she will get the hang of it. Other than that the food was great. It was me, my 3 kids and my mom. We all ordered the All Star meal because it comes with a waffle and it was delicious. I can honestly say this is the one place that all of my kids and myself can agree on that we love eating at. We use to go alot more before prices went up every where so we cant afford to eat out as much. Pretty much anytime we had plans to go have some fun for the day Waffle House was always our go to place no matter what town we were in.

Every team member I encountered was friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about their work. Our server, Megan, was excellent — attentive, kind, and on top of everything.
What really stood out, though, was the pride the staff take in keeping the restaurant spotless. While my friend and I were eating, one employee was outside washing the windows, then came in and began cleaning the walls from top to bottom. I commented that I’d never seen that level of care at a Waffle House before. She smiled and said, “I like to keep it clean.” Her name was Lulu — and she truly is making a difference!
I hope management recognizes Lulu for the hard-working, dedicated employee she is. This team deserves all the praise!

This might be one of my favorite waffle houses here in North Carolina!!. The food was excellent. The service was pretty good and also it wasn’t really that busy there which I’m really surprised because waffle House is always busy. I do recommend this place 100%. I’m definitely coming to this location again.

The food was good for the most part. This was my first time doing a delivery order and I was missing several items. Usually when I go in for a To Go order, I have to remind the servers to add chili to my order. Every single time. That’s why I’m leaving a poor review. I love Waffle House but I don’t go to this location much anymore because of this. I tried doing delivery and was hoping they would get it right but this time I was missing 4 items. I haven’t been to this location in months and it’s very frustrating to know that they would forget a simple item, and even worse to forget more than that. I understand human error but this is just ridiculous at this point. I will gladly change my review when this problem is addressed, and I hope that it is.

The servers were extremely rude while taking orders, food was burnt, talking about fighting people, locking doors at 11pm, and complaining about “too many orders” whenever there was nobody in the place. The man was getting an attitude with everyone claiming “only one person could do so much” and the lady cook was talking about how she was glad to leave and glad it was her last day. Will not be returning to this establishment any time soon.

Savanna served us at 7:20pm on Sept. 7 2025. Jordan was our cook. Both did an amazing job. Savanna was kind and patient, and had no problem accommodating dietary needs. Jordan greeted us when we first came in, he prepared our order quick and with no grief. Both had amazing attitudes. They even brought us a hot water mug to heat a baby bottle. Both of these team members did an amazing job and should be recognized for their service.

The entire restaurant was filled with flies. Love Waffle House generally and get that there’s challenges keeping a 24/7 restaurant spotless but I’ve never seen a swarm of bugs like that indoors before.

Super friendly but that is as far as it went for tonight none of the $49 order was correct except the kids food although the one kid had to wait on her waffle until after the rest of us received our food that’s when they dropped her waffle. The other part of our order was a to go order we ordered biscuits and gravy we received one biscuit in a very small container with not even a whole scoop of gravy.
